 CERTIFICATE A8B STATES THAT THERE ARE 21. PLEASE
 CORRELATE FBC 107.
  
 2. SEE PAGE 1 OF 2 OF THE ICC EVALUATION REPORT. ITEM
 2.0 STATES THAT THIS IS TO BE USED ON NON FIRE
 RESISTANT WALLS. ON THE PLAN, INCLUDE BUILDING TYPE FBC
 CHAPTER 6 AS WELL AS ANY EXISTING RATED WALLS, FBC
 CHAPTER 7. NOTE THAT VENTS APPEAR TO BE SHOWN IN THE
 STAIR AND ELEVATOR SHAFTS.
  
 3. ON THE PLAN, INDICATE METHOD OF COMPLIANCE FOR THIS
 EXISTING BUILDING, SEE FBC 2010 EXISTING BUILDING
 101.5. NOT ENOUGH INFORMATION HAS BEEN PROVIDED TO
 DETERMINE CODE COMPLIANCE OR TO PROVIDE A COMPLETE
 CHECKLIST.
  
 4. INCLUDE WIND DESIGN CRITERIA FBC 1603.1.4 AND FLOOD
 DESIGN DATA FBC 1603.1.7, SEE ALSO FBC 1612.5. IT IS
 NOT CLEAR WHETHER THIS BUILDING HAS REACHED THE
 SUBSTANTIAL IMPROVEMENT THRESHOLD (LIFETIME CUMULATIVE
 IMPROVEMENTS) BUT IT APPEARS THAT PROPERTY OWNER IS
 ATTEMPTING TO COMPLY WITH NFIP GUIDELINES.
  
 5. VALUE IS TOO LOW. VALUE IS TO INCLUDE ENGINEERING,
 MATERIALS, LABOR, OVERHEAD, PROFIT, SEE FBC 109.
  
 6. SEE ELEVATION CERTIFICATE INSTRUCTIONS, ITEM A5, IF
 LAT/LONG COORDINATES ARE PROVIDED BY A SURVEYOR,
 INDICATE THE METHOD USED TO DETERMINE THE
 LATITUDE/LONGITUDE IN THE COMMENTS AREA OF SECTION D,
 PLEASE REVISE.
  
 7. SEE ELEVATION CERTIFICATE, ITEM A8 (C). PLEASE
 PROVIDE CALCULATIONS AS TO HOW IT HAS BEEN DETERMINED
 THAT THERE ARE 4200 SQUARE INCHES OF NET AREA. THE
 LOCATION PLAN SHOWS FIVE DOUBLE VENTS, 152 SI EACH, AND
 ELEVEN SINGLE VENTS, 76 SI EACH.
  
 ALSO PROVIDE INFORMATION AS TO THE CALCULATIONS FOR
 EACH AREA WERE DETERMINED. FOR INSTANCE, MAINTENANCE &
 BUILDING STORAGE IS SHOWN AS 800 SF/1000 WITH TWO
 DOUBLE VENTS.
  
 8. PLAN TO INCLUDE THE MODEL NUMBER OF THE VENTS
 PROPOSED. THE PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED INCLUDES SIX
 DIFFERENT MODELS.
  
 9. PRODUCT APPROVALS ARE TO BE REVIEWED BY DESIGNER OF
 RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL, FBC 107.3.1.
  
 10. PHOTOS PROVIDED APPEAR TO SHOW NEW DRYWALL (CORNER
 BEAAD VISIBLE IN MORE THAN ONE LOCATION). IT APPEARS
 THAT MORE WORK MAY HAVE BEEN PERFORMED OTHER THAN THE
 INSTALLATION OF THE FLOOD VENTS. IF THIS IS THE CASE,
 INCLUDE THE ADDITIONAL WORK ON THE PLAN.
  
 11. IT APPEARS BASED ON THE LOCATION PLAN THAT FLOOD
 VENTS WERE INSTALLED BETWEEN THE OWNER STORAGE AND A
 STAIR, AND BETWEEN THE STAIR AND ELEVATORS. IS THIS A
 REQUIRED EXIT STAIR? PRESSURIZED STAIR? IT APPEARS THAT
 A LIFE SAFETY ISSUE MAY HAVE BEEN CREATED. PLEASE
 PROVIDE MORE INFORMATION, FBC CHAPTER 10, CHAPTER 7.
  
 12. SEE THE ICC EVALUATION REPORT, ITEM 4.0, SMARTVENTS
 ARE DESIGNED TO BE INSTALLED INTO WALLS FROM THE
 EXTERIOR SIDE. INTERIOR INSTALLATIONS SHOWN, PLEASE
