 A LETTER FROM THE QUALIFIER OF BOTH THE SHELL
 CONTRACTOR (EMJ CORPORATION) AND TENANT BUILD-OUT
 CONTRACTOR MUST BE PROVIDED BEFORE TENANT BUILD-OUT
 PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED, IF THE TENANT BUILD-OUT
 CONTRACTOR WISHES TO START WORK BEFORE THE SHELL WORK
 HAS RECEIVED A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION, AGREEING THEY
 WILL WORK TOGETHER TO ACHIEVE CODE COMPLIANCE. THESE
 DOCUMENTS WILL NEED TO BE SIGNED BY THE QUALIFIER AND
 NOTARIZED.
  
  
 2) SHEET G1.1 INDICATES AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF 84 WHICH
 REQUIRES 2 EXITS, SHEET A2.1 INDICATES THE USE OF ONE
 EXIT ACCESS IS THROUGH THE STOCK ROOM. THE 2010 FBC-B
 1015.2 EGRESS THROUGH INTERVENING ROOMS DOES ALLOW WITH
 EXCEPTION # 2 EGRESS THROUGH STOCKROOMS IN MERCANTILE
 OCCUPANCIES WHEN THE FOLLOWING ARE MET:
 1014.2 EXEPTION # 2. MEANS OF EGRESS ARE NOT PROHIBITED
 THROUGH STOCKROOMS IN GROUP M OCCUPANCIES WHEN ALL OF
 THE FOLLOWING ARE MET:
  
 2.1. THE STOCK IS OF THE SAME HAZARD CLASSIFICATION AS
 THAT FOUND IN THE MAIN RETAIL AREA;
  
 2.2. NOT MORE THAN 50 PERCENT OF THE EXIT ACCESS IS
 THROUGH THE STOCKROOM;
  
 2.3. THE STOCKROOM IS NOT SUBJECT TO LOCKING FROM THE
 EGRESS SIDE; AND
  
 2.4. THERE IS A DEMARCATED, MINIMUM 44-INCH-WIDE (1118
 MM) AISLE DEFINED BY FULL- OR PARTIAL-HEIGHT FIXED
 WALLS OR SIMILAR CONSTRUCTION THAT WILL MAINTAIN THE
 REQUIRED WIDTH AND LEAD DIRECTLY FROM THE RETAIL AREA
 TO THE EXIT WITHOUT OBSTRUCTIONS.
  
 3) A10.1 THE ACCESSIBLE DRESSING OR FITTING ROOM
 INDICATES HANG BARS MOUNTED AT 5'-6" ABOVE THE FLOOR,
 PLEASE REVIEW 2010 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY 803.5 COAT HOOKS
