 CODE: 2010 FBC.
  
 1- BRING PLANS TO PALM BEACH COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD.)
 TO VERIFY IF IMPACT FEES ARE DUE. BRING BACK COUNTY
 STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE.
 REQUIRED BY THE COUNTY IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF THE
 UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
  
 2- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9N-3 FOR:
 A) SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS.
  
 B) WINDOW MULLIONS.
  
 C) ENTRY DOOR AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
  
 D) ALL EXTERIOR DOORS AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
  
 E) GLASS BLOCK AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
  
 F) SHUTTERS AS SHOWN ON PLANS. SEE SOUTH ELEVATION. AND
 PROVIDE COMPLETE INSTALLATION SCHEDULE.
  
 G) HURRICANE SHUTTERS IF DOORS AND WINDOWS DON'T HAVE
 HURRICANE IMPACT GLAZING.
  
 H)ROOF TILE.
  
 I) ROOF TILE ADHESIVE IF USED FOR TILE FASTENING. SEE
 TILE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR LISTED ADHESIVE. COORDINATE
 WITH ITEM #9 BELOW.
  
 I)PRECAST LINTELS AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
  
 3- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL THE PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 4- PROVIDE COMPLETE SHUTTERS INSTALLATION SCHEDULE IF
 DOORS AND WINDOWS DON'T HAVE HURRICANE IMPACT GLAZING.
 SEE CITY SAMPLE.
  
 5- BEDROOM #3: SPECIFY TYPE AND SIZE OF EXISTING WINDOW
 TO BE BE REPLACED TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE EGRESS
 REQUIREMENTS. SEC. 604 OF 2010 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING.
  
 6- PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 101.4.3 OF 2010 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 7- NEW DINING ROOM: SPECIFY SAFETY GLASS FOR WINDOW
 ADJACENT TO THE EXTERIOR DOOR. SEC. R308.4(2) OF 2010
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 8- REVISE DETAIL 1/5.1 (SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS TO
 FBC):
 A) ROOF FINISH IS NOT SHINGLES.
 B) REVISE ROOF SHEATHING NAIL TYPE AND SPACING TO MATCH
 SPECIFICATIONS ON PLYWOOD SHEATHING NAILING SCHEDULE ON
 SHEET 3.1
 C) FOOTING SIZE TO MATCH FOOTING SIZE SHOWN ON SHEET
 2.1. (NOTE: KEEP IN MIND THE MINIMUM FOOTING DIMENSION
 REQUIRED BELOW GRADE AND ABOVE GRADE).
  
 9- DESIGNER OF RECORD TO SPECIFY ROOF TILE FASTENING AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.2.1.2 OF CITY AMENDMENTS.
