 1.) THE PROPOSED 10 FT. X 25 FT. SHED SHALL NOT BE
 LOCATED WITHIN THE 6 FT. UTILITY EASEMENT AT THE REAR
 OF THE PROPERTY.
  
 2.) THE PROPOSED SHED SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM DISTANCE
 SEPARATION OF 6 FT. FROM THE PRIMARY STRUCTURE. (ZLDR
 S. 94-304(B)(3))
  
 3.) AN UPDATED SURVEY SHALL BE PROVIDED. THE SUBMITTED
 SURVEY DOES NOT MATCH WHAT IS EXISTING ON THE PROPERTY.
  
 4.) THERE SEEMS TO BE A DISCREPANCY WITH THE LOCATION
 OF THE PROPOSED SHED IN THE SURVEY AND IN THE
 ARCHITECTURAL PLANS. THIS NEEDS TO BE CORRECTED.
  
 5.) PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY CHANGES ON THE RESUBMITTED
 PLANS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
