 1.) RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS
 WHERE APPLICABLE.
  
 2.) IF THE SCOPE OF WORK CONSISTS OF ONLY RE-STRIPPING
 AND SEALCOATING THE EXISTING PARKING AREA, AN APPROVED
 (SITE) PLAN, SHOWING THE LOCATION AND APPROVED NUMBER
 OF ALL PARKING SPACES ON THE PROPERTY SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED.
  
 3.) IDENTIFY THE LOCATION OF ALL HANDICAPPED PARKING
 SPACES. THIS INFORMATION SHOULD BE PROVIDED IN THE
 APPROVED SITE PLAN.
  
 4.) ALL STANDARD PARKING STALLS MUST BE A MINIMUM OF
 EIGHT FEET SIX INCHES (8?6?) IN WIDTH AND EIGHTEEN FEET

 5.) ALL HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACES SHALL BE TWELVE FEET
