 BUILDING FA?ADE). THERE SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 1,000 SQ.
 FT. OR 75 PERCENT OF LANDSCAPED AREA (SUCH AS GRASS,
 GROUND COVER, SHRUBS, HEDGES), WHICHEVER IS LESS,
