2014-01-28 10:30:281. PROPOSED POOL TRELLIS IS CONSIDERED A STRUCTURE AND
 THEREFORE CANNOT ENCROACH INTO THE 10' REQUIRED
 SETBACK. THE TRELLIS IS ALSO ACTING AS A FENCE, AND AS
 SUCH EXCEEDS THE MAXIMUM 4 FEET ALLOWED WITHIN THE
 SETBACK. TRELLIS/FENCE SHALL BE MOVED BACK OR A
 VARIANCE SHALL BE REQUESTED FROM THE DAC BOARD.
 2. FENCE DETAIL ON SHEET L-2 SHALL INDICATE MAXIMUM 4'
 HEIGHT FOR FENCE.
 3. SHADE TREES ARE REQUIRED EVERY 30' ALONG THE PARKING
 LANDSCAPE BUFFER. THE WEST BUFFER NEEDS ONE ADDITIONAL
 TREE WHICH CAN BE LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE
 PARKING ACCESS. ANOTHER TREE IS NEEDED ON THE EAST SIDE
 OF THE ENTRANCE. SHADE TREES CANNOT BE SUBSTITUTED BY
 PALMS.
 4. SHADE TREE IS MISSING FROM SOME INTERIOR ISLANDS.
 SHADE TREES CANNOT BE SUBSTITUTED BY PALMS.
 5. ALL MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SHALL ENCLOSED WITH AN
 OPAQUE FENCE OR WALL AND SHALL BE SCREENED WITH
 LANDSCAPE IN ALL SIDES.
 6. PLEASE INDICATE IF THE PARKING SPACES WILL BE
 ASSIGNED TO EACH UNIT. IF UN-ASSIGNED, A TURN- AROUND
 SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR THE PARKING AREA UNDER THE WEST
 BUILDING. THE PROPOSED TURN AROUND SHALL BE WIDENED AS
 MUCH AS POSSIBLE, THE BIKE PARKING MAY NEED TO BE
 RELOCATED.
 7. MAXIMUM CURB CUT WIDTH IS 25' AS MEASURED PARALLEL
 TO THE STREET AT THE CURB. PLEASE CONFIRM COMPLIANCE IF
 THE CURB CUT IS NEW OR MODIFIED.
