2013-10-17 12:11:401. A REVISION TO THE APPROVED SITE PLAN IS REQUIRED
 BEFORE A BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED. PLEASE SUBMIT
 REVISION APPLICATION TO THE PLANNING DIVISION.
 2. REQUIREMENTS OF THE CLASS B SPECIAL USE PERMIT ARE
 STILL APPLICABLE. TERRACE AREA ON 5TH STORY NEEDS TO BE
 FOR THE PRIVATE USE OF THE ADJACENT UNIT. AN OPENING
 WILL BE REQUIRED.
 3. NEW PARKING CONFIGURATION WILL RESULT IN A DEAD END
 PARKING. PARKIGN SPACES FOR EACH UNIT SHALL BE
 ASSIGNED.
 4. HANDICAP ACCESSIBILITY FOR THE HC PARKING SPACES
 DOES NOT MEET CODE REQUIREMENTS.
 5. FRONT YARD SHALL PROVIDE MINIMUM 50% VEGETATED AREA,
 AND 30% MINIMUM TREE CANOPY BASED ON TABLE IV-8 OF THE
 LDRS. PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION TO CONFIRM COMPLIANCE.
 6. PROPOSED MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT ON ROOF TOP ON EAST
 BUILDING SHALL BE ENCLOSED AND SCREENED. PROPOSED
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT ON ROOF TOP ON WEST BUILDING SHALL
 BE SCREENED BEHIND THE PARAPET WALL AL LEAST TO COVER
 THE SAME HEIGHT THAN THE EQUIPMENT.
 7. ROOF TOP GARDEN SHALL PROVIDE MINIMUM 30% VEGETATED
 AREA, AND 20% TREE CANOPY BASED ON TABLE IV-8 OF THE
 LDRS. PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION TO CONFIRM COMPLIANCE.
 8. PLEASE INDICATE PROPOSED HEIGHT OF FENCE ALONG THE
 PROPERTY LINE. FOUR FEET MAXIMUM HEIGHT ALLOWED ALONG
 THE STREET FRONTAGE, AND SIX FEET MAXIMUM HEIGHT
 ALLOWED ALONG THE REAR AND SIDE PROPERTY LINE.
 9. PLEASE PROVIDE DUMPSTER DETAILS.
 10.PLEASE PROVIDE COLORED ELEVATIONS OR BLACK AND WHITE
 WITHOUT THE FILL. IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO READ THE
