 A) ALL SIMPSON STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON
 PLANS. PROVIDE ONLY THE PRODUCT APPROVAL COVER PAGE AND
 PAGE SHOWING THE SPECIFIED CONNECTOR.
  
 B) GARAGE DOOR. NOA 10-0216.03 SUBMITTED WAS SUPERSEDED
 BY MIAMI-DADE. PROVIDE CURRENT NOA.
  
 C) INSWING ENTRY DOOR AS SHOWN ON PLANS. (AND CLARIFY
 WHERE IS THE ALUMINUM/GLASS DOOR WITH NOA 12-0208.14
 SUBMITTED GOING TO BE INSTALLED?. IS THIS FOR THE
 GARAGE SIDE DOOR?
  
 2- DESIGNER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 OF CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 3- SPECIFY TRUSS CONNECTOR AT BOTH ENDS. ONLY CONNECTOR
 TO THE EXISTING CONCRETE BLOCK WALL WAS SPECIFIED ON
 SHEET A-5-0. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 4- PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS. SEC. 101.4.3 OF 2010
 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 5- SHEET A-5-1; CLEARLY SPECIFY ROOF SHEATHING FOR ALL
 ROOF ZONES, INCLUDING ROOF ZONE 3. SEC. R803.2.3.1 OF
 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL REQUIRES 8D RING SHANK NAILS AT 4"
 O.C. IN ZONE 3. NAILING SCHEDULE DOESN'T SPECIFY THE
 ROOF ZONE 3. AND, SEE FIGURE R803.2.3.1 FOR AL ROOF
 ZONES MINIMUM DIMENSIONS. REVISE THE ROOF SHEATHING
 DETAIL, ROOF COVERING DETAIL AND NAILING SCHEDULE AS
 REQUIRED.
  
 6- ARCHITECT'S TITLE BLOCK TO PROVIDE A SPACE FOR THE
 PRINTED NAME AND LICENSE NUMBER OF THE PERSON SEALING
 THE DOCUMENT AS REQUIRED BY CHAPTER 481 AND SEC.
 61G1-16.004 OF FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE.
  
 7- SHEET A-2.2: REVISE THE SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
 GARAGE DOOR THAT LEADS TO THE LAUNDRY. DOOR NEEDS TO
 COMPLY WITH SEC. R302.5.1 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
