 CHECKLIST.
 CODE: 2010 FBC.
  
 1- UPDATED GEOTECHNICAL EXPLORATION REPORT SUBMITTED
 RECOMMENDS A MINIMUM WIDTH OF 24" INCHES FOR CONTINUOUS
 FOOTING. FOOTING SIZES SHOWN ON SHEET S-1 ARE SMALLER
 THAN THE RECOMMENDED BY THE GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER.
 ENGINEER OF RECORD TO EITHER REVISE PLANS PER
 RECOMMENDATIONS OR ACKNOWLEDGE IN WRITING THAT HE
 REVIEWED THE GEOTECHNICAL EXPLORATION REPORT AND
 DESIGNED FOOTING SIZES WILL STILL MEET THE REQUIRED
 LOADS. SEC. 107.2.1.3 OF CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 2- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DC RULE 9N-3 FOR:
 A) CASEMENT WINDOWS SIZE AND TYPE AS SHOWN ON WINDOW
 SCHEDULE FOR THE STUDY AND BEDROOM #1. NOTE: NOA
 12-1220.14 SUBMITTED DOESN'T COVER SIZES (50" X 50" AND
 62" X 50") SHOWN ON THE SCHEDULE AND THEY DON'T LOOK
 LIKE LIKE SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS. (REPEAT COMMENT).
  
 B) OVERHEAD GARAGE DOOR THAT MEETS THE DESIGN PRESSURES
 CALCULATED BY THE ENGINEER OF RECORD. NOA 11-0211.03
 SUBMITTED DOESN'T MEET THE CALCULATED DESIGN PRESSURES.
  
 C) ROOF TILE ADHESIVE NOA 12-0228.18 WAS SUPERSEDED BY
 MIAMI-DADE. NEED CURRENT NOA. (REPEAT COMMENT. SAME NOA
 WAS RE-SUBMITTED AGAIN).
  
 3- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVED ABOVE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS. SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS TO
 FBC.
  
 4- SHEET S-7: COORDINATE WINDOWS/DOORS DESIGN PRESSURES
 WITH DESIGN PRESSURES SHOWN ON WINDOW/DOOR SCHEDULE ON
 SHEET A400. SEC. R301.2.1.4.3 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 (REPEAT COMMENT).
  
 5- REVISE ENERGY CALCULATIONS FOR THE MAIN HOUSE. SEC.
 103.2.2 OF 2010 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION:
 A) PROVIDE COMPLETE INFORMATION ON TOP OF FORM,
 INCLUDING THE PERMIT OFFICE AND JURISDICTION NUMBER.
 B) CALCULATIONS ARE DONE FOR THE ENTIRE HOUSE (1793 S.
 F.) NOT JUST THE ADDITION. REVISE ITEM #1.
 C) REVISE NUMBER OF BEDROOMS ON ITEM #4.
 D) REVISE THE AREA WEIGHTED AVERAGE OVERHANG DEPTH ON
 ITEM #7 TO MATCH PLANS.
 E) CLARIFY WHERE IS THE ROOF DECK AREA SPECIFIED ON
 ITEM #10(B).
 F) REVISE THE "SPACES" INFORMATION ON PAGE 2 OF 5.
 THERE IS A KITCHEN IN THIS HOUSE.
 G) REVISE THE "FLOORS" INFORMATION ON PAGE 2 OF 5. THE
 PERIMETER AREA IS INCORRECT.
 H) REVISE THE "WINDOWS" INFORMATION ON PAGE 3 OF 5.
 REVISE THE OVERHANG DEPTH AND OVERHANG SEPARATION TO
 MATCH PLANS.
  
 6- REVISE ENERGY CALCULATIONS FOR THE 2 STORY CABANA.
 SEC. 103.2.2 OF 2010 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION:
 A) PROVIDE COMPLETE INFORMATION ON TOP OF FORM,
 INCLUDING THE PERMIT OFFICE AND JURISDICTION NUMBER.
 B) REVISE NUMBER OF BEDROOMS ON ITEM #4 TO MATCH PLANS.
 C) CLARIFY WHAT KIND OF INSULATION WILL PROVIDE R11
 INSULATION ON CONCRETE BLOCK WALLS AS SPECIFIED ON ITEM
 #9(A).
 D) CLARIFY WHERE IS THE ROOF DECK AREA SPECIFIED ON
 ITEM #10(B).
 E) REVISE THE "SPACES" INFORMATION ON PAGE 2 OF 5.
 THERE IS NOT KITCHEN IN THE CABANA. AND, WHY THERE ARE
 "ZERO" OCCUPANTS ON FIRST FLOOR?
 F) REVISE THE "DOORS" INFORMATION ON PAGE 3 OF 5. THERE
 ARE NO WOOD DOORS. SEE PLANS AND PRODUCT APPROVALS.
  
 7- SHEET A100: CABANA SECOND FLOOR SAYS "BEDROOM #2".
 WHERE IS THE FIRST BEDROOM. IS THE UNIT ON THE FIRST
 FLOOR BEDROOM #1? CLARIFY AND REVISE AS REQUIRED. AND,
 COORDINATE WITH THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS. SEC. 107.2.1
 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 8- PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING
 R11 INSULATION ON CONCRETE BLOCK WALLS AND R45 ON
 CEILINGS AS SPECIFIED ON CABANA ENERGY CALCULATIONS ON
 ITEM #9(A).
 SEC. 103.2.2 OF 2010 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 9- SHEET S-3 AND SHEET S-5: PROVIDE COMPLETE FRAMING
 DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS. SPECIFY ALL FRAMING
 MEMBERS. SPECIFY ALL FASTENERS AT ALL CONNECTIONS. WALL
 SECTION ON SHEET S-5 DOESN'T PROVIDE COMPLETE
 SPECIFICATIONS FOR ALL CONNECTIONS. SEC. R301.1 OF 2010
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 ***NOTE: TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THE GABLE END BRACING
 ON BOTH SIDES.
  
 10- PROVIDE DETAIL AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR GARAGE DOOR
 STRUCTURAL BUCK DETAIL. SEC. R301.1 OF 2010
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
