2014-04-24 14:04:11SECOND ELECTRICAL REVIEW FAILED. IT IS NOT THE INTENT
 OF THIS REVIEWER TO GENERATE A PUNCH LIST BUT FOLLOWING
 IS A LIST OF ITEMS NEEDING ATTENTION:
 1. THERE IS A MISSING LIGHT OUTSIDE THE CABANA STAIRS
 (ENTRANCE)
 2. THE STAIRWAY SHALL BE PROPERLY ILLUMINATED AND
 SWITCHED AT BOTH THE TOP AND BOTTOM
 3. IT APPEARS THAT THE AHU'S ARE INSIDE THE ATTIC BOTH
 IN THE CABANA & MAIN HOUSE. IF THIS IS THE CASE,
 SPECIFIC OUTLET, LIGHTING AND ACCESS REQUIREMENTS SHALL
 BE MET. SEE NEC 110.33 (B) ACCESS. PERMANENT LADDERS OR
 STAIRWAYS SHALL BE PROVIDED
 TO GIVE SAFE ACCESS TO THE WORKING SPACE AROUND
 ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT INSTALLED ON PLATFORMS, BALCONIES,
 OR MEZZANINE FLOORS OR IN ATTIC OR ROOF ROOMS OR
 SPACES.
 4. SHOW THE LOCATION OF BOTH PANELS, THE CABANA & MAIN
 HOUSE ON THE FLOOR PLAN.
 5. SHOW THE LOCATION OF THE MAIN SERVICE, METER & MAIN
 DISCONNECT ON THE FLOOR PLAN.
 6. NEC 210.12 HAS BROADER AFCI REQUIREMENTS THAN THOSE
 REFLECTED ON THE PANEL SCHEDULE. CORRECT ACCORDINGLY.
 7. INDICATE IF THE SUBMITTED LOAD CALC ARE FOR THE
 WHOLE PROPERTY AND IF NOT, SHOW THE LOAD CALCS FOR THE
 CABANA.
 8. THE METER SOCKET SHOWN ON THE PLANS IS A 100 AMP,
 REPLACE TO MATCH LOAD.
 9 THE EXTERIOR REAR LIGHTING SHOULD BE SWITCHED FROM
 BOTH THE KITCHEN AND THE MASTER BEDROOM.
