 1. SHEET A-100 INDICATES THE PROPOSED ACCESSORY
 STRUCTURE AS 'PROPOSED ONE-STORY CABANA', HOWEVER,
 PLANS SHOW TWO-STORY STRUCTURE. PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 2. SHEET A-100 INDICATES THE SCALE IS 1/4" = 1',
 HOWEVER, IT APPEARS THE SCALE IS 1/8" = 1'. PLEASE
 CORRECT.
  
 3. TWO FOOT SETBACK IS REQUIRED FOR SIDEWALKS PROPOSED
 AROUND THE SIDE OF THE HOUSE. IT DOES NOT APPEAR THE
 SIDEWALK ON THE WEST SIDE MEETS THIS REQUIREMENT [ZLDR
 SECTION 94-305(B)]. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 4. FIVE FOOT FENCE/WALL/GATE ON WEST SIDE OF THE
 PROPERTY EXCEEDS MAXIMUM HEIGHT ALLOWABLE PER THE
 LOCATION INDICATED ON THE SITE PLAN. EITHER MOVE THE 5'
 FENCE BACK TO THE MINIMUM 25' SETBACK FROM FRONT
 PROPERTY LINE OR REDUCE OVERALL HEIGHT TO 4' [ZLDR
 SECTION 94-302(B)(1)].
  
 5. THE VALUE OF THE CONSTRUCTION EXCEEDS 50% OF THE
 STRUCTURE'S VALUE ($38,000) ACCORDING TO THE P.B.C.
 PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE; THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO
 SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE LANDSCAPE ON THE SITE SHALL BE
 IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN
 ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR. IF THE SITE CONFORMS TO
 ARTICLE XIV, THEN TWO (2) COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN
 DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE SHALL BE INCLUDED WITH THE
 PERMIT RE-SUBMITTAL. IF THE SITE DOES NOT CONFORM TO
 ARTICLE XIV, THEN PRIOR TO THE ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS
 PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND IRRIGATION
 PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOWING MATERIAL TO BRING THE
 SITE INTO CONFORMITY. (NOTE: ZLDR SEC. 94-442(B)(2)A. -
 FOR SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING UNITS, AT LEAST ONE SHADE,
 FLOWERING, OR FRUIT TREE SHALL BE PLANTED FOR EACH
 1,200 SQUARE FEET OF OPEN SPACE OR PORTION THEREOF. FOR
 SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING UNITS, AT LEAST ONE SHRUB SHALL
 BE PLANTED FOR EACH 500 SQUARE FEET OF OPEN SPACE OR
 PORTION THEREOF.)
  
 6. A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT THROUGH THE PLANNING DEPT.
 IS REQUIRED FOR THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES
 REQUIRED FOR THE NEW CONSTRUCTION.
