 1) ALL DOORS SHOWN IN THIS PLAN ARE 2'-8" SWING DOORS.
 PLEASE UPDATE PLANS TO CODE COMPLIANCE FOR 201 FBC-B
 1008.1.1 SIZE OF DOORS.
 THE MINIMUM WIDTH OF EACH DOOR OPENING SHALL BE
 SUFFICIENT FOR THE OCCUPANT LOAD THEREOF AND SHALL
 PROVIDE A CLEAR WIDTH OF 32 INCHES (813 MM). CLEAR
 OPENINGS OF DOORWAYS WITH SWINGING DOORS SHALL BE
 MEASURED BETWEEN THE FACE OF THE DOOR AND THE STOP,
 WITH THE DOOR OPEN 90 DEGREES (1.57 RAD).
  
 2) DOORS IN CORRIDORS PLEASE COMPLY WITH 2010 FBC-B
 1008.1.9.11
 DURING ITS SWING, ANY DOOR IN A MEANS OF EGRESS SHALL
 LEAVE UNOBSTRUCTED AT LEAST ONE HALF OF THE REQUIRED
 WIDTH OF AN AISLE, CORRIDOR, PASSAGEWAY, OR LANDING,
 NOR PROJECT MORE THAN 7 INCHES (178 MM) INTO THE
 REQUIRED WIDTH OF AN AISLE, CORRIDOR, PASSAGEWAY OR
 LANDING, WHEN FULLY OPEN.
  
 3) DOOR FROM WAITING ROOM TO RECEPTION AREA, PLEASE SEE
 2010 FBC-ACCESSIBILTY CODE 404.2.4.1 SWINGING DOORS AND
 GATES.
 SWINGING DOORS AND GATES SHALL HAVE MANEUVERING
 CLEARANCES COMPLYING WITH TABLE 404.2.4.1. FROM FRONT,
 PULL SIDE 18" BEYOND THE LATCH SIDE OF THE DOOR.
  
 4) RECEPTION DESK, THERE IS NO DETAILS OF THE RECEPTION
 COUNTER, IT IS INDICATED IT IS 40" TALL, PLEASE SEE:
 2010 FL ACCESSIBILITY CODE 904.3.3 CHECK WRITING
 SURFACES. WHERE PROVIDED, CHECK WRITING SURFACES SHALL
 COMPLY WITH 902.3.
 902.3 HEIGHT. THE TOPS OF WORK SURFACES SHALL BE 28
 INCHES (710 MM) MINIMUM AND 34 INCHES (865 MM) MAXIMUM
 ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND.
  
 5) 2010 FL ACCESSIBILITY CODE. 202.4.1 DISPROPORTIONATE
 COST.
 ALTERATIONS MADE TO PROVIDE AN ACCESSIBLE PATH OF
 TRAVEL TO THE ALTERED AREA WILL BE DEEMED
 DISPROPORTIONATE TO THE OVERALL ALTERATION WHEN THE
 COST EXCEEDS 20% OF THE COST OF THE ALTERATION TO THE
 PRIMARY FUNCTION AREA. COSTS THAT MAY BE COUNTED AS
 EXPENDITURES REQUIRED TO PROVIDE AN ACCESSIBLE PATH OF
 TRAVEL MAY INCLUDE: (I) COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING
 AN ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE AND AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE TO THE
 ALTERED AREA; (II) COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH MAKING

 AS RELOCATING THE TELEPHONE TO AN ACCESSIBLE HEIGHT,
 INSTALLING AMPLIFICATION DEVICES, OR INSTALLING A TEXT
 TELEPHONE (TTY); (IV) COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RELOCATING
 AN INACCESSIBLE DRINKING FOUNTAIN.
  
 202.4.2 ACCESSIBLE FEATURES IN THE EVENT OF
 DISPROPORTIONALITY.
 WHEN THE COST OF ALTERATIONS NECESSARY TO MAKE THE PATH
 OF TRAVEL TO THE ALTERED AREA FULLY ACCESSIBLE IS
 DISPROPORTIONATE TO THE COST OF THE OVERALL ALTERATION,
 THE PATH OF TRAVEL SHALL BE MADE ACCESSIBLE TO THE
 EXTENT THAT IT CAN BE MADE ACCESSIBLE WITHOUT INCURRING
 DISPROPORTIONATE COSTS. IN CHOOSING WHICH ACCESSIBLE
 ELEMENTS TO PROVIDE, PRIORITY SHOULD BE GIVEN TO THOSE
 ELEMENTS THAT WILL PROVIDE THE GREATEST ACCESS, IN THE
 FOLLOWING ORDER: (I) AN ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE; (II) AN
 ACCESSIBLE ROUTE TO THE ALTERED AREA; (III) AT LEAST
 ONE ACCESSIBLE RESTROOM FOR EACH SEX OR A SINGLE UNISEX
 RESTROOM; (IV) ACCESSIBLE TELEPHONES; (V) ACCESSIBLE
 DRINKING FOUNTAINS; AND (VI) WHEN POSSIBLE, ADDITIONAL
 ACCESSIBLE ELEMENTS SUCH AS PARKING, STORAGE, AND
 ALARMS.
  
 PLEASE PROVIDE WHERE AN ADDITIONAL 20% OR $1160.00 WILL
 BE SPENT IN ACCESSIBLE UPGRADES. PLEASE NOTE THE
 EXISTING RESTROOM DOOR DOES NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENT OF
 18" ON THE LATCH SIDE OF THE DOOR (ACC. CODE 404.2.4.1)
 AND PLANS DO NOT INDICATE ANY ACCESSIBLE ELEMENTS
 WITHIN THE RESTROOM AT ALL, SUCH AS GRAB BARS COMPLYING
 WITH 2010 FL ACC CODE 604.5.
  
 6) NEITHER THE ARCHITECTURAL SHEET NOR ELECTRICAL SHEET
