 THE VALUE OF THE CONSTRUCTION ($69,209) EXCEEDS 50% OF
 THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE ($72,856) ACCORDING TO THE P.B.C.
 PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE; THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO
 SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE LANDSCAPE ON THE SITE SHALL BE
 IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN
 ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR. IF THE SITE CONFORMS TO
 ARTICLE XIV, THEN TWO (2) COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN
 DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE SHALL BE INCLUDED WITH THE
 PERMIT RE-SUBMITTAL. IF THE SITE DOES NOT CONFORM TO
 ARTICLE XIV, THEN PRIOR TO THE ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS
 PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND IRRIGATION
 PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOWING MATERIAL TO BRING THE
 SITE INTO CONFORMITY.
  
 NOTE: ZLDR SEC. 94-442(B)(2)A. - LANDSCAPING
 REQUIREMENTS FOR SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING UNITS IS ONE
 SHADE, FLOWERING, OR FRUIT TREE PLANTED FOR EACH 1,200
 SQUARE FEET OF OPEN SPACE OR PORTION THEREOF AND ONE
 SHRUB PLANTED FOR EACH 500 SQUARE FEET OF OPEN SPACE OR
 PORTION THEREOF.
  
 IF ANY TREES WILL BE REMOVED FOR THE NEW CONSTRUCTION,
 A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED THROUGHT THE
 PLANNING & ZONING DEPT.
