 1- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY TO VERIFY IF IMPACT FEES ARE DUE. BRING BACK
 COUNTY STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT IF
 FEES ARE DUE. REQUIRED BY THE COUNTY IMPACT FEE
 ORDINANCE OF THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
  
 2- PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS. SEC. 101.4.3 OF 2010
 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 3- SHEET A-1:
 A) REVISE THE DESIGN PRESSURES FOR WINDOWS AND DOORS.
 THEY DON'T CORRESPOND TO WORST CASE SCENARIO FOR
 EXPOSURE "C". PROVIDE CALCULATIONS. SEC. R301.1 OF 2010
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 B) REVISE THE ROOF DESIGN PRESSURES. THEY DON'T
 CORRESPOND TO EXPOSURE "C". AND, ROOF ZONE 2 AND ROOF
 ZONE 3 HAVE NOT THE SAME DESIGN PRESSURES. PROVIDE
 CALCULATIONS. SEC. R301.1.
  
 C) REVISE THE DIMENSION FOR ROOF ZONES 2 AND 3. NEED TO
 SPECIFY 4'-0" MIN. SEE NOTE "A" ON FIGURE R301.2(7) OF
 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 D) SPECIFY ALL DEAD LOADS, LIVE LOADS, INCLUDING THE
 ATTIC LIVE LOADS AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R301.1 AND TABLE
 R301.5 OF 2010 FBC. RESIDENTIAL.
  
 E) THIS IS NOT ALTERATION LEVEL 3. THIS IS AN ADDITION.
 SEC. 407 OF 2010 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING. REVISE AS
 REQUIRED.
  
 F) CLARIFY HOW ARE THE NEW SKYLIGHTS GOING TO BE
 INSTALLED IN THE EXISTING BATHROOM IF THE ROOF CRICKET
 IS ABOVE THE BATHROOM. PROVIDE COMPLETE FRAMING DETAILS
 AND SPECIFICATIONS. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS TO
 FBC.
  
 G) PROVIDE SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE EXISTING BATHROOM
 VENTILATION AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R303.3 OF 2010
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 H) PROVIDE COMPLETE FRAMING DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS
 FOR THE WOOD DECK CONSTRUCTION. SPECIFY ALL FRAMING
 MEMBER AND CONNECTORS. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 I) PROVIDE FRAMING DETAILS FOR THE NEW ATTIC PULL DOWN
 STAIRS. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.

 B) SPECIFY CONNECTOR FOR FOR 3X8 RAFTERS RESTING AT THE
 (3)2X12 BEAM AT NEW FRONT PORCH. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 C) REVISE ROOF SHEATHING SPECIFICATION SHOWN ON ROOF
 FRAMING PLAN BY THE FRONT PORCH AND REAR ADDITION. NEED
