 1B) PLEASE PROVIDE A OVER ALL SITE PLAN OF THE PB
 OUTLET MALL PROPERTY AND THE LOCATION OF THIS BUILDING
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE THE 2010 FBC-B TABLE 602 & TABLE
 705.8 CAN NOT BE DETERMINED.
  
 2) APPROVAL STAMPS FROM THE PALM BEACH OUTLET MALLS IS
 REQUIRED BEFORE PERMIT SUBMITTAL, PLEASE OBTAIN THE
 APPROVAL STAMP BEFORE THE NEXT SUBMITTAL PROCESS
 BEGINS.
  
 3) PB OUTLET MALLS: BE AWARE FOR TENANT BUILD OUTS.
 A LETTER FROM THE QUALIFIER OF BOTH THE SHELL
 CONTRACTOR (EMJ CORPORATION) AND TENANT BUILD-OUT
 CONTRACTOR MUST BE PROVIDED BEFORE TENANT BUILD-OUT
 PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED, IF THE TENANT BUILD-OUT
 CONTRACTOR WISHES TO START WORK BEFORE THE SHELL WORK
 HAS RECEIVED A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION, AGREEING THEY
 WILL WORK TOGETHER TO ACHIEVE CODE COMPLIANCE. THESE
 DOCUMENTS WILL NEED TO BE SIGNED BY THE QUALIFIER AND
 NOTARIZED.
  
 4) SHEET S.001:
 4A) UNDER THE HEADING OF COMPONENTS AND CLADDING THE
 ROOFING PRESSURE CATEGORIES ARE MISSING THE 10 SQ FT
 COLUMN. THIS IS THE HIGHEST PRESSURES TO BE TAKEN UNDER
 THE COMPONENTS AND CLADDING CHARTS. THE FASTENERS FOR
 ROOFING WE USE THE 10 SQ FT COLUMN SINCE THE FASTENERS
 ARE HOLDING THE WORST CASE SCENERIO.
  
 4B) FOUNDATIONS INDICATES THERE IS A SOILS REPORT THAT
 HAS BEEN COMPLETED, PLEASE SUPPLY REPORT BY ECS DATED
 JUNE 16/ 2012. 2010 FBC-B 1803.2 INVESTIGATION REQUIED.
  
 4C) UNDER THE HEADING TILT-UP CONCRETE WALL PANELS,
 CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH LOCAL AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE (FBC) 2010 CHAPTER 1 ADMINISTRATION
 110.3.9 OTHER INSPECTION SEERVICES, THIS PROJECT BEING
 TILT WALL WILL QUALIFY FOR A RESIDENT INSPECTOR. SUCH
 INSPECTORS SHALL BE ADEQUATELY PRESENT AT TIMES WORK IS
 UNDERWAY ON THE STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS OF THE BUILDING.
 SUCH INSPECTORS SHALL BE A REGISTERED ARCHITECT, OR
 ENGINEER, OR A PERSON LICENSED UNDER CHAPTER 468, PART
 XII, FLORIDA STATUTES. SUCH INSPECTORS SHALL SUBMIT
 WEEKLY PROGRESS REPORTS INCLUDING THE DAILY INSPECTIONS
 TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, AND INCLUDING A CODE
 COMPLIANCE OPINION OF THE RESIDENT INSPECTOR.
