 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. PLANS INDICATE THAT A MEZZANINE IS PROPOSED WITHIN
 THE EXISTING BAY. AS THIS IS CONSIDERED ADDITIONAL
 SQUARE FOOTAGE, INFORMATION SHALL BE PROVIDED
 INDICATING THAT SUFFICIENT PARKING EXISTS WITHIN THE
 PLAZA TO ACCOMMODATE SUCH. PLEASE PROVIDE AN UPDATED
 SITE PLAN THAT INDICATES ALL EXISTING BUILDINGS,
 EXISTING PARKING SPACES, AS WELL AS A SITE DATA TABLE
 THAT AT LEAST THE FOLLOWING:
  
 A. TOTAL GROSS BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE (EXISTING PLUS
 PROPOSED)
 B. PARKING COMPUTATIONS (PARKING REQUIRED, PROVIDED,
 ETC.) BASED UPON SQUARE FOOTAGE AND USE OF THE BUILDING
  
  THIS AMENDED SITE PLAN WILL NEED TO BE APPROVED AS A
 MINOR AMENDMENT TO THE HABITAT COMMERCIAL PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENT (CPD).
  
 2. PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 2579-92, GOVERNING THE
 HABITAT CPD, THE TRIP GENERATION FOR THE ENTIRE CPD
 SHALL NOT EXCEED 4,551 TRIPS PER DAY. PLEASE PROVIDE A
 TRAFFIC STATEMENT FROM A LICENSED ENGINEER INDICATING
 THE TRIP GENERATION RATE OF ALL OF THE SQUARE FOOTAGE
 WITHIN THE CPD, INCLUDING THE PROPOSED MEZZANINE. IF
 THE RATE EXCEEDS 4,551 TRIPS PER DAY, A MAJOR AMENDMENT
 TO THE CPD WILL BE REQUIRED. RATES SHALL BE DETERMINED
 BY THE LATEST EDITION OF THE TRIP GENERATION REPORT BY
 THE INSTITUTE OF TRAFFIC ENGINEERS.
