 AMENDMENTS TO CHAPTER 1 ADMINISTRATION, THERE ARE NO
 LOCAL TECHNICAL AMENDMENTS SINCE THE 2004 FBC.
  
 2B) NOTES BY EQUIPMENT LABELED #112 INDICATE COMPLIANCE
 WITH 11-42 & FIGURE 54 FBC-10. PLEASE UPDATE REFERANCES
 TO THE FL ACCESSIBILITY CODE, THERE IS NO LONGER A
 CHAPTER 11 IT IS A SEPERATE BOOK THAT IS FORMATED TO
 THE NEW 2010 ADA CODE SECTION, FLORIDA CODE IS IN THE
 GRAY BOXES.
  
 2C) THE PLANS INDICATE THE FRONT DOOR BEING REVERSED.
 PLEASE SHOW PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR THIS DOOR BEING TESTED
 IN THE REVERSE POSITION FOR WIND. 2010 FBC-B
 1609.6.4.4.1. COMPONENTS AND CLADDING.
  
 2D) THE RESTROOM DOORS SWING OUT INTO THE PATH OF
 EGRESS, THE MENS RESTROOM DOOR BLOCKS THE REAR EXIT.
 2010 FBC-B 1008.1.1.1 PROJECTIONS INTO CLEAR WIDTH.
  
 2E) PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE RESTROOM DOORS CAN SWING
 INTO THE RESTROOM. PLEASE SEE 2010 FBC-ACCESSIBLITY
 CODE 603.2.3 EXCEPTION # 2 AND ADA DIAGRAMS THAT
 CORESPONDS TO THE FL EXCEPTION # 2, FLORIDA DOES NOT
 SHOW IT IN THE FL ACCESSIBLITY CODE BOOK.
  
 2F) THE KITCHEN DOOR THAT LEADS INTO THE COORIDOR
 OPOSITE OF THE RESTROOMS SHOULD SWING 180 DEGREES. SEE
 2010 FBC-B 1005.2 OR 1008.1.9.11 THE CORRIDOR IS 5'-0"
 WIDE OR 60 INCHES. THE REQUIRED CORRIDOR WIDTH IS 44"
 THE DOOR SWING IS 36 INCHES, 1/2 OF THE REQUIRED
 CORRIDOR WIDTH OF 22 INCHES, 22 +36= 58 INCHES, IT
 MEETS THE WIDTH REQUIREMENT BUT NEEDS TO BE ON 180
 DEGREE HINGES SO IT WILL NOT PROJECT MORE THAN 7 INCHES
 INTO THE CORRIDOR. JUST A POSSIBLE SOLUTION.
  
 2G) NOTE ON PLANS INDICATES ENCLOSED STEEL STAIRS
 SUBMIT SHOP DRAWING BY OTHERS, PLEASE PROVIDE A DESIGN
 CRITERIA FOR LIVE LOADS 2010 FBC-TABLE 1607.1(35).
  
 3) SHEET 2.1:
 3A) THE PLANS INDICATE MEANS OF EGRESS, PLEASE PROVIDE
 THE REQUIRED CLEAR WIDTH ON THE PLAN, THE PLANS WILL
 ALSO NEED TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH 2010 FBC-B 1017.4.3
 TABLE AND SEATING AISLE ACCESSWAY LENGTH.
 THE LENGTH OF TRAVEL ALONG THE AISLE ACCESSWAY SHALL
 NOT EXCEED 30 FEET (9144 MM) FROM ANY SEAT TO THE POINT
 WHERE A PERSON HAS A CHOICE OF TWO OR MORE PATHS OF
 EGRESS TRAVEL TO SEPARATE EXITS. IT APPEARS THE FIRST
 ROW OF 4 TABLES WILL MEET THIS REQUIREMENT BUT NOT THE
 OTHER ROWS.
