 1) PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE PERMIT, THE DEVELOPER
 SHALL SUBMIT AND HAVE APPROVED AN UPDATED CONSTRUCTION
 SITE SECURITY PLAN BY THE CITY'S CRIME PERVENTION
 OFFICER WHICH INCLUDES THE BJ'S RESTAURANT SITE.
  
 2) THE SITE PLAN SHALL SHOW THE LOADING SPACE IN FRONT
 OF THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
 APPROVED URBAN DESIGN KILDAY STUDIOS SITE PLAN.
  
 3) THE PLANS ARE REQUIRED TO INCLUDE THE EXTENSION OF
 THE SERVICE AREA WALL TO SCREEN THE LOADING SPACE IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE APPROVED URBAN DESIGN KILDAY
 STUDIOS SITE PLAN.
  
 4) THE LANDSCAPE PLANS REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT. THE
 LANDSCAPE PLANS SHALL BE INCLUDED WITH THE NEW PERMIT
 AND NOT WITH THIS PERMIT RESUBMITTAL. CURSORY COMMENTS
 FOR THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 A. PROVIDE A COST ESTIMATE FOR THE VALUE OF THE
 LANDSCAPE AND INSTALLATION WITH THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT.
 B. THE PLANT SPECIFICATIONS ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN
 SUBMITTED WITH THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT SHALL MATCH THE
 SPECIFICATIONS ON THE APPROVED URBAN DESIGN KILDAY
 STUDIOS LANDSCAPE PLAN.
 C. THE HEDGE ALONG THE REAR SIDE OF THE BUILDING SHALL
 EXTEND THE FULL LENGTH OF THE EXTENDED LOADING SPACE
 WALL AND BE SHOWN SCREENING THE BACKFLOW PREVENTERS IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE APPROVED URBAN DESIGN KILDAY
 STUDIOS SITE PLAN.
 D. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWS LESS GLAPHIMIA GLAUCA
 SHRUBS THAN THE THE APPROVED URBAN DESIGN KILDAY
 STUDIOS SITE PLAN.
  
 5) A SEPARATE PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR THE STRIPING OF
 THE PARKING SHOWN ON THIS PLAN. THE CIVIL PLANS SHALL
 BE INCLUDED WITH THAT PERMIT. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS REQUIRE THAT
 THE WHEEL STOPS HAVE A SINGLE FACE, NOT DOUBLE FACE AS
 SHOWN ON SHEET C-4.
  
 6) THE BICYCLE RACK DIMENSIONS SHALL BE INCLUDED ON THE
 SITE PLAN - 11.5 FEET X 6 FEET.
  
 7) SEPARATE SIGN PERMITS ARE REQUIRED, TO INCLUDE
 PLANS, FOR THE FOLLOWING.
  
 A. THE MURAL REQUIRES ITS OWN SIGN PERMIT IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH SECTION 94-410 OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS.
 B. THE TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION SIGN REQUIRES A PERMIT IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 94-407(7) OF THE ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS. PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY ONE
 SUCH SIGN IS PERMITTED FOR THE BJ'S RESTAURANT.
 C. THE WALL SIGNS REQUIRE PERMITS.
