IT IS MY | | | UNDERSTANDING THAT A BUILDING PERMIT WAS ISSUED FOR THE | | | PROPERTY (PERMIT #98091097) ON 10/05/1998. THE PERMIT, | | | HOWEVER, WAS VOIDED BY THE CONTRACTOR BEFORE | | | INSPECTIONS WERE COMPLETED. THEREFORE, THE EXISTING | | | DOCK WAS NEVER "FINALED". | | | | | | BASED UPON THIS INFORMATION, THE EXISTING DOCK DOES NOT | | | NEED TO OBTAIN A CLASS A SPECIAL USE PERMIT, AS ONE WAS | | | PREVIOUSLY GRANTED AND VESTED BY COMMENCEMENT OF THE | | | CONSTRUCTION; HOWEVER ALL VIOLATION ISSUES NEED TO BE | | | RESOLVED WITH THE BUILDING DIVISION REGARDING THE FACT | | | THAT THE PREVIOUS PERMIT WAS VOIDED AND THE EXISTING | | | DOCK DID NOT RECEIVE FINAL INSPECTIONS. | | | | | | THEREFORE, IT APPEARS THAT THE ISSUES PERTAINING TO THE | | | DOCK ARE NOT ZONING RELATED, AND ALL OUTSTANDING ISSUES | | | NEED TO BE RESOLVED WITH THE BUILDING DIVISION.
