 SYSTEMS, AND SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 NOTICE: 2/22/13 TODAY I CALLED THE CONTRACTOR TO REACH
 OUT TO HIM, A MEETING WITH THE OWNER, CONTRACTOR, FIRE
 DEPARTMENT & THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT IS GOING TO BE
 REQUIRED. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT VISITED THE SITE, A FIRE
 INSPECTOR AND REQUESTED A 2 HOUR WALL BE INSTALLED
 BECAUSE OF THE TYPE OF USAGE FOR THIS SPACE. SINCE THEN
 THE PLANS HAVE INDICATED THE BACK HALF AS STORAGE AND
 NOW IT IS TO BE RETAIL WITH A 2 HR FIRE RATED WALL,
 INDICATING EXISTING RETAIL. THIS REVIEW WILL BE FOR A
 MERCANTILE OCCUPANCY.
  
 1) ISSUES SSTAND WITH THE PLUMBING DRAWINGS, THE
 PLUMBING CONTRACTOR HAS NOT TAKEN RESPONSIBILITY FOR
 THE PLUMBING CONTRACTOR FOR THE PLUMBING SHEETS, THEY
 WILL NEED TO PRINT & SIGN THEIR NAME AND PROVIDE THEIR
 LICENSE NUMBER ON THE PLANS THEY HAVE DESIGNED. WEST
 PALM BEACH AMENDMENT TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE,
 CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION, 2010 EDITION 107.1.
  
 2) AS IN THE BUILDING REVIEW, THE PLANS DO NOT INDICATE
 IF THIS IS GOING TO BE A SINGLE TENANT OR IF THIS WILL
 BE TWO TENANTS, WORST CASE A SINGLE MERCANTILE
 OCCUPANCY, SINGLE TENANT, 5000 SQ FT/ 30 SQ/ OCC EQUALS
 167 OCCUPANTS. THE 2010 FBC-P TABLE 403.1(6) WILL
 REQUIRE ONE RESTROOM FOR BOTH MEN AND WOMEN. PLEASE NOT
 SINCE THERE IS A SHOWER, ONE WOULD HAVE TO BE PROVIDED
 FOR EACH SEX.
  
 THE SINGLE UNISEX RESTROOM WAS FOR ONLY FOR MERCANTILE
 OCCUPANCIES UNDER 3,000 SQ FT. IF THIS IS TO BE
 CONSIDERED TWO MERCANTILE OCCUPANCIES EACH 2,500 SQ FT
 THEN EACH TENANT SPACE WILL REQUIRE A UNISEX RESTROOM.
 NOTE THE TENANT SPACE NOT REQUIRING A SHOWER IN IT WILL
 ONLY NEED THE SINGLE UNISEX RESTROOM.
  
 3) PLEASE ALSO REVIEW THE 2010 FBC-P TABLE 403.1(6)
 WILL REQUIRE A DRINKING FOUNTAIN PLEASE REVIEW 2010 FL
 ACCESSIBILITY CODE 211,
 211.2 MINIMUM NUMBER.
 NO FEWER THAN TWO DRINKING FOUNTAINS SHALL BE PROVIDED.
 ONE DRINKING FOUNTAIN SHALL COMPLY WITH 602.1 THROUGH
 602.6 AND ONE DRINKING FOUNTAIN SHALL COMPLY WITH
 602.7.
  
 4) THE RESTROOMS DESIGN ACCESSIBLITY NOR THE DRAINAGE
 AND VENT SYSTEMS WILL BE REVIEWED UNDER THIS REVIEW
 SINCE THEY WILL BE DRASTICALLY REVISED.
