 1) TWO COPIES OF A SURVEY SHOWING THE PROPERTY
 DIMENSIONS SHALL BE SUBMITTED WITH THE PERMIT.
  
 2) THE EXISTING BLACK OLIVE TREE NEEDS TO BE LISTED AT
 THE END OF THE LANDSCAPE LEGEND AS AN EXISTING TREE.
  
 3) THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH REQUIRES THAT THE TOP OF
 THE ROOT BALL FOR A TREE IS PLANTED 10% ABOVE THE
 FINISH GRADE OF THE LANDSCAPE SOIL. THE PLANTING DETAIL
 DOES NOT STATE THE CITY STANDARD AND SEEMS TO
 CONTRADICT IT BY STATING THAT IT WILL BE PLANTED BELOW
 THE LEVEL OF THE PAVING.
  
 4) THE PERCENTAGE OF PERVIOUS AND IMPERIOUS
 CALCULATIONS SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 5) THE TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLAND ADJACENT TO THE
 HANDICAP PARKING STALL ACCESS AISLE REQUIRES A TERMINAL
 ISLAND TREE.
  
 6) CURBING IS REQUIRED AROUND ALL THE PARKING LOT TREE
 ISLANDS. THE CODE NORMALLY REQUIRES ALL LANDSCAPE AREAS
 TO BE PROTECTED FROM VEHICULAR ENCROACHMENT; HOWEVER IN
 ORDER TO ALLOW THE EXISTING SHEET FLOW INTO THE
 PERIMETER BUFFERS CURBING IS NOT REQUIRED ALONG THE
 DRIVE AISLE LOCATIONS. THIS SOLUTIONS WAS DISCUSSED
 WITH MANNY GONZALEZ.
  
 7) THE FOUNDATION DIMENSIONS ARE REQUIRED IN ORDER TO
 VERIFY THE FOUNDATION PLANTING.
  
 8) PROVIDE THE CALCULATION THAT LESS THAN 35% OF THE
 REQUIRED TREES ARE BEING SUBSTITUTED FOR PALM TREES.
