 PLEASE PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES.
  
 1) REPEAT COMMENT: PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION NO. 288-11, A
 CONSTRUCTION SITE SECURITY AND MANAGEMENT PLAN SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE CITY'S POLICE DEPARTMENT CRIME
 PREVENTION THROUGH ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN ("CPTED")
 OFFICIAL AND APPROVED PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE
 BUILDING PERMIT. (CONTRARY TO THE RESPONSE COMMENT, NO
 PLAN HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO OFFICER KELLY CARSILLO)
  
 I) THE APPLICANT, AFTER SITE CLEARING AND PLACEMENT OF
 CONSTRUCTION TRAILERS, SHALL INSTITUTE SECURITY
 MEASURES TO REDUCE OR ELIMINATE OPPORTUNITIES FOR
 THEFT. THE MANAGEMENT PLAN SHALL INCLUDE, BUT NOT TO BE
 LIMITED TO, TEMPORARY LIGHTING, SECURITY PERSONNEL,
 VEHICLE BARRIERS, CONSTRUCTION/VISITOR PASS,
 REDUCE/MINIMIZE ENTRY/EXIT POINTS, ENCOURAGE
 SUBCONTRACTORS TO SECURE MACHINERY AND TOOLS AT END OF
 WORK DAY AND/OR ANY OTHER MEASURE DEEMED APPROPRIATE TO
 PROVIDE A SAFE AND SECURE WORKING ENVIRONMENT.
 II) THE SECURITY MANAGEMENT PLAN SHALL BE MAINTAINED
 THROUGHOUT THE CONSTRUCTION PHASE OF THE PROJECT.
 NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THE APPROVED PLAN SHALL RESULT IN A
 STOP-WORK ORDER FOR THE ENTIRE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT.
  
 2) REPEAT COMMENT: IN ACCORDANCE WITH RESOLUTION NO.
 288-11, ALL ROOF MOUNTED AIR CONDITIONING, MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT, SATELLITE DISHES, GENERATORS, ETC., SHALL BE
 SCREENED FROM VIEW ON ALL SIDES BY A VISUALLY OPAQUE
 BARRIER CONSISTENT WITH THE COLOR, CHARACTER AND
 ARCHITECTURAL STYLE OF THE STRUCTURES OR EQUIVALENT
 LANDSCAPE MATERIAL. THE HEIGHT OF THE OPAQUE BARRIER
 SHALL BE AS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE AMPLE SCREENING.
 PROVIDE VERIFICATION THAT THE ROOFTOP MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT WILL BE SCREENED AS REQUIRED BY THE
 RESOLUTION FOR THE SPECIFIC EQUIPMENT PROPOSED FOR
 INSTALLATION (EX. LINE OF SIGHT OR ELEVATIONS WITH THE
 EQUIPMENT).
  
 3) REPEAT COMMENT: THE APPROVED ELEVATIONS FOR BUILDING
 #7 HAVE CHANGED. THE ZONING STAFF HAS NOT APPROVED THE
 REVISED ELEVATIONS, SPECIFICALLY:
  
 A. THE PREVIOUS MINOR AMENDMENT APPROVAL FOR BUILDING
 #7 PERMITTED THE REDUCTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION
 APPROVED 9 DOORS TO 3 DOORS ON THE NORTHERN ELEVATION,
 PROVIDED THAT WINDOWS ARE PROVIDED IN THEIR PLACE WHERE
 THE 6 DOORS HAD BEEN. THE TWO END BAY LOCATIONS SHALL
 INCLUDE WINDOWS, NOT STUCCO DESIGNED TO LOOK SIMILAR TO
 A WINDOW.
  
 4) NEW COMMENT: THE REVISED NORTH/SOUTH BUILDING
 DIMENSION TO ACCOMMODATE THE 12,000 SQUARE FOOT
 BUILDING IS NOT REFLECTED ON THE CONSTRUCTION LAYOUT
 SURVEY. THE NORTH SETBACK (19.5 FEET) DOES NOT COMPLY
 WITH THE SETBACK APPROVED ON THE SITE PLAN (20.4 FEET).
  
 5) REPEAT COMMENT: PROVIDE A COPY OF THE REVISED SITE
 PLAN APPROVED BY ZONING THROUGH THE MINOR AMENDMENT
 PROCESS.
  
 SEPTATE PERMITS, WITH PLANS, ARE REQUIRED FOR THE
 FOLLOWING:
  
 A. LANDSCAPE REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATION FOR
 EACH PARCEL (TRACT A & TRACT F) ON WHICH WORK IS BEING
 DONE. THE SAME 2 COPIES OF THE LANDSCAPE PLAN MAY BE
 USED FOR BOTH APPLICATIONS (SUBJECT TO CONCURRENT
 SUBMITTAL). A COST ESTIMATE IS REQUIRED WITH THE
 SUBMITTAL.
