| | SURVEYOR AND THE UNITY OF TITLE SHALL BE RECORDED. |
| | II) REPEAT COMMENT: PROVIDE VERIFICATION THAT THE |
| | PORTION OF THE FPL EASEMENT, RECORDED IN ORB 1852, PG |
| | 1500, WHICH IS LOCATED UNDER THE PROPOSED BUILDING |

| | PLAN APPROVED 13,200 SQUARE FEET. THE ADDITIONAL SQUARE |
| | FOOTAGE REQUIRES ONE MORE PARKING SPACE ON THE SITE AND |
| | A REVISED PALM BEACH COUNTY TRAFFIC LETTER APPROVING |
| | THE ADDITIONAL SQUARE FOOTAGE, ALL OF WHICH SHALL BE |
| | REFLECTED WITH THE MINOR AMENDMENT APPLICATION AND BE |
| | IN PLACE PRIOR TO THE APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT BY |
| | ZONING. |

| | 5) REPEAT COMMENT: IN ACCORDANCE WITH RESOLUTION NO. |
| | 288-11, ALL ROOF MOUNTED AIR CONDITIONING, MECHANICAL |
| | EQUIPMENT, SATELLITE DISHES, GENERATORS, ETC., SHALL BE |
| | SCREENED FROM VIEW ON ALL SIDES BY A VISUALLY OPAQUE |
| | BARRIER CONSISTENT WITH THE COLOR, CHARACTER AND |
| | ARCHITECTURAL STYLE OF THE STRUCTURES OR EQUIVALENT |
| | LANDSCAPE MATERIAL. THE HEIGHT OF THE OPAQUE BARRIER |

| | FOR EACH PARCEL (TRACT A & TRACTS D/E) ON WHICH WORK IS |
| | BEING DONE. THE SAME 2 COPIES OF THE LANDSCAPE PLAN MAY |
| | BE USED FOR BOTH APPLICATIONS (SUBJECT TO CONCURRENT |
| | SUBMITTAL). A COST ESTIMATE IS REQUIRED WITH THE |
