 PLEASE PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES.
  
 1) PURSUANT TO THE PALM BEACH COUNTY TRAFFIC
 PERFORMANCE STANDARDS REVIEW LETTER ISSUED ON SEPTEMBER
 17, 2009, NO BUILDING PERMITS SHALL BE ISSUED BY THE
 CITY AFTER DECEMBER 31, 2012. AN EXTENSION OF THIS
 DEADLINE MAY BE ISSUED BY PALM BEACH COUNTY. A MINOR
 PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT IS REQUIRED TO UPDATE THE
 THE COUNTY BUILD OUT DATE.
  
 2) PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION NO. 288-11, A CONSTRUCTION
 SITE SECURITY AND MANAGEMENT PLAN SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO
 THE CITY'S POLICE DEPARTMENT CRIME PREVENTION THROUGH
 ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN ("CPTED") OFFICIAL AND APPROVED
 PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE BUILDING PERMIT.
  
 I) THE APPLICANT, AFTER SITE CLEARING AND PLACEMENT OF
 CONSTRUCTION TRAILERS, SHALL INSTITUTE SECURITY
 MEASURES TO REDUCE OR ELIMINATE OPPORTUNITIES FOR
 THEFT. THE MANAGEMENT PLAN SHALL INCLUDE, BUT NOT TO BE
 LIMITED TO, TEMPORARY LIGHTING, SECURITY PERSONNEL,
 VEHICLE BARRIERS, CONSTRUCTION/VISITOR PASS,
 REDUCE/MINIMIZE ENTRY/EXIT POINTS, ENCOURAGE
 SUBCONTRACTORS TO SECURE MACHINERY AND TOOLS AT END OF
 WORK DAY AND/OR ANY OTHER MEASURE DEEMED APPROPRIATE TO
 PROVIDE A SAFE AND SECURE WORKING ENVIRONMENT.
 II) THE SECURITY MANAGEMENT PLAN SHALL BE MAINTAINED
 THROUGHOUT THE CONSTRUCTION PHASE OF THE PROJECT.
 NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THE APPROVED PLAN SHALL RESULT IN A
 STOP-WORK ORDER FOR THE ENTIRE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT.
  
 3) PRIOR TO THIS ISSUANCE OF THE BUILDING PERMIT:
  
 I) A SUFFICIENT UNITY OF TITLE TO COMBINE D & E SHALL
 BE SUBMITTED TO VINCE NOEL, CITY SURVEYOR AND THE UNITY
 OF TITLE SHALL BE RECORDED.
 II) PROVIDE VERIFICATION THAT THE PORTION OF THE FPL
 EASEMENT, RECORDED IN ORB 1852, PG 1500, WHICH IS
 LOCATED UNDER THE PROPOSED BUILDING SHALL HAS BEEN
 VACATED. ADDITIONALLY, ANY UTILITIES THAT WERE IN THE
 EASEMENT SHALL BE RELOCATED.
  
 4) SHEETS A-1 AND A-2 STATE THAT THE OVERALL BUILDING
 LENGTH IS 297'4", WHILE THE SURVEY, SITE PLAN AND
 INDIVIDUAL PORTIONS OF THE BUILDING SHOWN 257'4".
  
 5) IN ACCORDANCE WITH RESOLUTION NO. 288-11, ALL ROOF
 MOUNTED AIR CONDITIONING, MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT,
 SATELLITE DISHES, GENERATORS, ETC., SHALL BE SCREENED
 FROM VIEW ON ALL SIDES BY A VISUALLY OPAQUE BARRIER
 CONSISTENT WITH THE COLOR, CHARACTER AND ARCHITECTURAL
 STYLE OF THE STRUCTURES OR EQUIVALENT LANDSCAPE
 MATERIAL. THE HEIGHT OF THE OPAQUE BARRIER SHALL BE AS
 REQUIRED TO PROVIDE AMPLE SCREENING. PROVIDE
 VERIFICATION THAT THE ROOFTOP MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT WILL
 BE SCREENED AS REQUIRED BY THE RESOLUTION FOR THE
 SPECIFIC EQUIPMENT PROPOSED FOR INSTALLATION (EX. LINE
 OF SIGHT OR ELEVATIONS WITH THE EQUIPMENT).
  
 6) THE APPROVED ELEVATIONS FOR BUILDING 5/6 HAVE
 CHANGED. THE BUILDING IS TALLER AND THE DOOR THAT WAS
 AT THE BACK OF SUITE #1 HAS NOW BECOME A WINDOW.
 REVISED ELEVATIONS ARE REQUIRED AS PART OF A MINOR
 PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT TO SHOW THE ACTUAL
 CONDITIONS.
  
 7) THE REMOVAL OF THE DOOR REQUIRES THE RELOCATION OF
 THE BICYCLE RACK AND PAD, AS THE RACK IS NO LONGER NEXT
 TO AN INGRESS/EGRESS POINT TO THE BUILDING. THE
 RELOCATED RACK AND PAD REQUIRES THE SITE PLAN AND
 LANDSCAPE PLAN TO BE UPDATED AS PART OF A MINOR
 AMENDMENT. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE BICYCLE RACK AND PAD IS
 SHOWN (NINE FEET) WIDER THAT IT NEEDS TO BE (SEVEN
 FEET), SO THERE IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO PLACE IT IN THE
 TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLAND ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
 THE BUILDING. THE NEW BICYCLE PARKING LOCATION WOULD BE
 IN TRACT A AND MAY NOT BE INCLUDED ON THIS PERMIT. THE
 BICYCLE RACK AND PAD REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT WITH THE
 DETAILS OF BOTH FEATURES.
  
 8) THE LANDSCAPE REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATION
 FOR EACH PARCEL (TRACT A & TRACTS D/E) ON WHICH WORK IS
 BEING DONE. THE SAME 2 COPIES OF THE LANDSCAPE PLAN MAY
 BE USED FOR BOTH APPLICATIONS (SUBJECT TO CONCURRENT
 SUBMITTAL). A COST ESTIMATE IS REQUIRED WITH THE
 SUBMITTAL.
  
 9) THE PLANS TO CONSTRUCT THE PARKING REQUIRED PRIOR TO
 THE C.O. OF THE LAST PHASE I BUILDING (GENERALLY ALONG
 THE SOUTH ACCESS DRIVE) SHALL BE INCLUDED ON A PARKING
 LOT STRIPING PERMIT FOR TRACT A PRIOR TO ZONING
 APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT. STRIPING DETAILS FOR ALL
 CONDITIONS SHALL BE PROVIDED. THE PARKING SHALL BE
 INSTALLED PRIOR TO THE C.O. OF THIS BUILDING OR
 BUILDING 7, WHICHEVER OCCURS LAST.
  
 10) SIGNAGE AND AWNINGS REQUIRE SEPARATE PERMITS WITH
 PLANS.
