 ALL COMPLIANT PLANS HAVE BEEN STAMPED BY ZONING;
 HOWEVER, NOT ALL THE REVISED PLANS ARE COMPLIANT.
  
 PLEASE PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSE TO COMMENTS.
  
 1) NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESIGN GUIDELINES:
  
 A. SHEETS C400, C403, C512, A100, A101, A111 & A200 DO
 NOT SHOW THE EXTENSION OF THE CURBED LANDSCAPE AREA ON
 THE WEST SIDE OF THE TRANSFORMER TO CONFORM WITH THE
 LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS ACROSS FROM A SERVICE COURT
 OPENING.
 B. THERE IS NOW A 15 TON RTU BEING PROPOSED FOR THE
 OUTLET CENTER ON BUILDING J-4. PROVIDE AN UPDATED LINE
 OF SIGHT STUDY TO VERIFY THAT THE UNITS ARE SCREENED AS
 REQUIRED BY THE DESIGN GUIDELINES. ADDITIONALLY, PLEASE
 ADD THE SPECIFICATIONS TO THE UNIT TO THE TABLE
 INCLUDED WITH THE COVER SHEET OF THE ORIGINAL LINE OF
 SIGHT STUDY.
 C. THE EASTERNMOST RTU ON BUILDING J7 HAS BEEN
 INCREASED TO 12.5 TONS. PROVIDE AN UPDATED LINE OF
 SIGHT STUDY TO VERIFY THAT THE UNIT IS SCREENED AS
 REQUIRED BY THE DESIGN GUIDELINES.
 D. A NEW SWITCH CABINET IS SHOWN ON SHEET A207. NO
 INFORMATION AS TO THE HEIGHT OF THIS CABINET WAS
 PROVIDED TO VERIFY THAT THE 7 FOOT WALL WILL BE TALL
 ENOUGH TO SCREEN THE EQUIPMENT.
  
 2) INCONSISTENCIES WITH THE LATEST FORMAL SITE PLAN
 (CURRENTLY UNDER REVIEW) WHICH IS TO BE THE PLAN THAT
 INCLUDES ALL OF THE CONSTRUCTION CHANGES TO DATE:
  
 A. SHEETS C400, C401, C402, C510, C511, A100, A101,
 A111, A112, A201, A203 AND A205 SHOW INCORRECT
 LOCATIONS AND/OR NUMBER OF BICYCLE RACKS WHEN COMPARED
 TO THE RECENTLY SUBMITTED FORMAL SITE PLAN REVISIONS.
 B. SHEETS A100, A101, A111, A202 SHOW THE TR/REC AREA
 WITHIN THE BUILDING J3 SERVICE COURT IN A DIFFERENT
 LOCATION THAN THE FORMAL SITE PLAN REVISIONS.
 C. SHEETS A100, A101, A200 AND A300 SHOW DOORWAYS NOT
 SHOWN ON THE FORMAL SITE PLAN REVISIONS.
  
 3) SHEETS A224.1 BUILDING J5 ROOF PLAN SHOWS AN 8.5 TON
 RTU IN THE SAME SPAT THAT SHEET M208 SHOWS A 10 TON
 RTU. ALL PLANS SHALL SHOW THE SAME CONDITIONS.
  
 NOTE - THE CIVIL SHEETS (DRAINAGE PLANS) SHOW MORE THAN
 THE SCOPE OF WORK FOR THE OUTLET BUILDING. THE DRAINAGE
 AND UTILITY PLANS SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE ENGINEERING
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT FOR REVIEW.
