 1- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY BUILDING (2300 N. JOG RD.) TO VERIFY IF IMPACT
 FEES ARE DUE. BRING BACK COUNTY STAMPED PLANS AND COPY
 OF THE PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. REQUIRED BY THE
 COUNTY IMPACT FEE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
  
 2- CARPORT AREA SHEET 3 OF 6:
 A) PLANS SHOW INSTALLATION OF NEW GARAGE DOOR IN THE
 CARPORT. THIS WILL AFFECT THE STRUCTURAL STABILITY OF
 THE HOUSE. THE HOUSE WAS DESIGNED FOR AN OPEN CARPORT.
 THE NEW FRONT WALL AND GARAGE DOOR WILL CREATE MORE
 WIND LOADS TO THE ROOF ABOVE CARPORT AND SIDE WALLS.
 PROVIDE ENGINEERING ANALYSIS FOR THE PROPOSED
 INSTALLATION. AND, PROVIDE COMPLETE SPECS AND DETAILS
 SHOWING REINFORCEMENT, IF REQUIRED TO RESIST THE
 ADDITIONAL LOADS. SEC. 107.2.1.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO
 FBC. ALSO, COORDINATE WITH ITEM #3 BELOW.
  
 B) PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAIL AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
 GARAGE DOOR STRUCTURAL BUCK DETAIL ATTACHMENT. THIS IS
 THE DESIGNER OF RECORD RESPONSIBILITY, NOT THE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS AS SPECIFIED ON "GARAGE DOOR BUCKS" NOTE ON
 SHEET 3 OF 6. STRUCTURAL BUCK DETAIL TO RESIST THE
 DESIGN PRESSURES REQUIRED BY SEC. R301.2.1.4.3 OF 2010
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 3- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9N-3 FOR:

 SHOWING SPECIFIED CONNECTOR.
  
 C) PRECAST LINTELS AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
  
 4- ARCHITECT TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING (NOT
 SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL THE PRODUCT APPROVALS. SEC.
 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 5- SPECIFY ON PLANS CARBON MONOXIDE ALARMS AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. R315 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 6- A) SOIL TEST REPORT SUBMITTED IS INCOMPLETE. IS
 MISSING THE ENGINEERING INFORMATION CONTAINED IN A
 TYPICAL SOIL TEST REPORT. THE REPORT IS MISSING THE
 RECOMMENDATIONS FOR DESIGN, ESTIMATED SETTLEMENT, SOIL
 PREPARATION INCLUDING NEW FILL, ETC. SEC. 107.2.1.3
 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 B) ENGINEER SEALING THE REPORT TO USE CURRENT SEAL AS
 REQUIRED BY CHAPTER 471 FLORIDA STATUTE. SEAL USED IS

 7- VALUED DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. VALUES WAS UPDATED AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS TO FBC. VALUATION TO INCLUDE SOIL
 PREPARATION, ALL LABOR AND MATERIALS, ALL PROFESSIONAL
 DESIGN FEES. ESTIMATED VALUE IS $83,040. PERMIT FEE
 BALANCE IS $2303.04.
