| | FIND A PERMIT THAT AUTHORIZED THE REMOVAL OF THE |
| | TERMINAL ISLAND; THEREFORE, THE TERMINAL ISLAND, AND |
| | THE MISSING LANDSCAPE IS REQUIRED TO BE REPLACED. |
