 1) THE LASTEST APPROVED SITE PLAN FOR THE PROPERTY,
 APPROVED FEBRUARY, 21, 1985, SHOWS A FIVE (5) FOOT WIDE
 TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLAND ON THE WEST END OF THE
 SOUTHERN ROW OF PARKING SPACES. STAFF WAS UNABLE TO
 FIND A PERMIT THAT AUTHORIZED THE REMOVAL OF THE
 TERMINAL ISLAND; THEREFORE, THE TERMINAL ISLAND, AND
 THE MISSING LANDSCAPE IS REQUIRED TO BE REPLACED.
  
 2) IN ADDITION TO COMMENT NO. 1 ABOVE, THE PERMIT IS
 FOR AN ASPHALT OVERLAY, WHICH THE CITY CONSIDERS A NEW
 PARKING LOT, AND AS SUCH, THE REQUIRED PARKING LOT
 LANDSCAPE IS REQUIED. THIS INCLUDES TERMINAL ISLANDS
 AND PERIMETER BUFFERS.
  
 3) ALL OF THE FEATURES OF THE PARKING LOT, TO INCLUDE
 THE ACCESS AILSE TO THE HANDICAP PARKING SPACE ARE
 REQUIRED TO BE KEPT ON SITE. THE ACCESS AISLE MAY NOT
 ENCROACH ONTO THE NEIGHBORING PROPERTY.
  
 4) THE DIMENSION BETWEEN THE EASTERN CURB LINE FOR THE
 SOUTHERN PARKING ROW PERMITS EIGHT (8) PARKING SPACES,
 PLUS THE 12 FOOT WIDE ADA PARKING SPACE AND FIVE (5)
 FOOT WIDE ACCESS AISLE AND THE LANDSCAPE ISLAND.
  
 5) THE TWO (2) PARKING SPACES AGAINST THE SOUTH SIDE OF
 THE BUILDING ARE NOT APPROVED PARKING SPACES AND MAY
 NOT BE REPAINTED. THE DRIVE AISLIE IS REQUIRED TO BE 24
 FEET WIDE, WHICH LEAVES EITHER FIVE (5) FEET OR SEVEN
 (7) OF WIDTH FOR THE PROPOSED PARKING SPACES. THE
 CITY'S ZONING AND LAND DEVELPMENT REGULATIONS REQUIRE
 8.5 FEEM MINIMIUM FOR PARALLEL PARKING SPACES. THE TWO
 FOOT WIDTH VARIATION IS DUE TO THE 90 DEGREE PARKING
 SPACES APPROVED AT 20 FEET IN DEPTH VERSUS THE CITY
 MINIMUM REQUIRDED DEPTH OF 18 FEET.
  
 6) NO DIMENSIONS ARE GIVEN FOR THE PROPOSED PARKING
 SPACES.
  
 7) NO DETAILS, SHOWING THE THAT PARKING WILL COMPLY
 WITH CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH STRIPING STANDARDS, WERE
 PROVIDED.
  
 8) THE LANDSCACPE INSTALLATION WILL REQUIRE A LANDSCAPE
 PERMIT, ACCOMPANIED BY A LANDSCAPE PLAN. THE PARKING
 LOT ISLANDS WILL REQUIRE ONE TREE EACH AND THE
 PERIMETER LANDSCAPE BUFFERS WILL REQUIRE A TREE EVERY
 30 FEET. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO PERMIT ON FILE
 FOR THE REMOVAL OF THE NORTHERN LANDSCAPE BUFFER
 (ADJACENT TO THE SEATING AREA). THIS WILL NEED TO BE
 REPLACED.
  
 9) DUE TO THE CONSTURCTION OF THE NEW PARKING LOT, THE
 REQUIRED BICYCLE PARKING SPACE IS REQUIRED.
