 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. TWO (2) COPIES OF A CURRENT AND ACCURATE SURVEY
 SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 2. ACCORDING TO THE PERMIT APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED, THE
 VALUE OF THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION ON THE SITE EXCEEDS
 50 PERCENT OF THE VALUE OF THE STRUCTURE. THEREFORE,
 PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441 OF THE CITY?S ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS), THE SITE SHALL BE
 BROUGHT INTO COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV (LANDSCAPING)
 OF THE ZLDRS. PLANS SHALL BE SUBMITTED UNDER SEPARATE
 PERMIT AND SHALL INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO, THE
 FOLLOWING:
  
 A. THE LOCATION OF ALL EXISTING AND PROPOSED STRUCTURE,
 IMPROVEMENTS, ETC.
 B. THE LOCATION OF ALL EXISTING AND PROPOSED TREES,
 SHRUBS, GROUND COVERS, ETC.
 C. THE LOCATION OF ALL UNTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS,
 OVERHEAD LINES, WATER METERS, TRANSFORMERS, CHECK
 VALVES, CLEAN OUTS, FIRE HYDRANTS, LIGHT POLES, ETC.
 THAT MAY IMPACT LANDSCAPING.
 D. TABULATION TABLE INDICATING HOW THE EXISTING AND
 PROPOSED PLANT MATERIAL COMPLIES WITH ARTICLE XIV.
 E. SPECIES, QUANTITY, HEIGHT, SPREAD, SPACING, AND
 ALLOCATION OF THE EXISTING AND PROPOSED PLANT MATERIAL.
 F. STATEMENT THAT ALL LANDSCAPE AREAS WILL BE PROVIDED
 WITH A PERMANENT AUTOMATIC IRRIGATION SYSTEM. PLEASE
 NOTE THAT ANY NEW IRRIGATION SHALL BE DONE UNDER A
 SEPARATE PERMIT.
  
 SUBMISSION OF THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT SHALL ALSO INCLUDE A
 CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE.
  
 3. TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLANDS LOCATED AT THE END OF A
 PARKING ROW SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF FIVE (5) FEET IN
 WIDTH AS MEASURED FROM THE INSIDES OF THE CURB.
  
 4. THE WALKWAY ADJACENT TO THE ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACE
 IS PROPOSED TO HAVE A HANDRAIL; I BELIEVE THIS WALKWAY
 IS REQUIRED TO BE UNOBSTRUCTED ALONG THE ENTIRE LENGTH
 OF THE PARKING STALL.
  
 5. PLEASE PROVIDE A SITE PLAN THAT CONTAINS A DATA
 TABLE WHICH INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
  
 A. EXISTING/PROPOSED LAND USE AND ZONING
 B. TOTAL ACRES OF THE PROJECT
 C. TOTAL GROSS BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE
 D. PERCENTAGE OF OPEN SPACE, LANDSCAPING, BUILDING
 COVERAGE & IMPERMEABLE SURFACE
 E. ACRES AND PERCENT OF WATER BODIES
 F. PARKING COMPUTATIONS (PARKING REQUIRED, PROVIDED,
 ETC.)
 G. FLOOR AREA RATIO
  
 6. BASED UPON PREVIOUS DISCUSSIONS REGARDING THIS
 PROJECT, IT WAS INDICATED THAT THE ASPHALT BETWEEN THE
 BUILDING AND THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE WAS TO BE REMOVED
 AND LANDSCAPING WAS GOING TO BE INSTALLED.
