 1. REPEAT COMMENT: PURSUANT TO THE PALM BEACH ZOO?S
 LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH,
 INDIVIDUAL STRUCTURES OR IMPROVEMENTS IN EXCESS OF
 $5,000 ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COMMISSION FOR
 PRIOR APPROVAL AS SUCH IMPROVEMENTS WOULD OCCUR ON
 CITY-OWNED PROPERTY.
  
 2. REPEAT COMMENT: PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-35 OF THE
 CITY'S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS),
 ALL NON-RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURES IN EXCESS OF 1,000
 SQUARE FEET SHALL BE APPROVED THROUGH THE INFORMAL SITE
 PLAN REVIEW PROCESS PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING
 PERMIT.
  
 4. REPEAT COMMENT: REMOVAL OF TREES SHALL REQUIRE THE
 ISSUANCE OF A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT FROM THE CITY'S
 DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT - PLANNING DIVISION.
  
 9. REPEAT COMMENT: LANDSCAPE PLANS SHALL BE PROVIDED
 INDICATING THE LOCATION OF ALL REQUIRED LANDSCAPE
 MATERIAL AND SHALL BE PREPARED BY A REGISTERED
 LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT. ALL INSTALLATION SHALL BE SUBJECT
 TO THE ISSUANCE OF A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT; THE
 APPLICATION FOR SUCH SHALL INCLUDE THE PLANS ALONG WITH
 A CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE. HOWEVER, IF THE PARKING LOT
 MODIFICATIONS ARE NOT BEING INCLUDED WITHIN THE SCOPE
 OF THIS PERMIT, LANDSCAPE PLANS WILL NOT NEED TO BE
 PROVIDED AT THIS TIME, BUT WILL NEED TO BE SUBMITTED AT
 THE TIME OF PERMITTING OF THE PARKING LOT
 MODIFICATIONS.
