 1) THIS PRE-FIRM STRUCTURE IS LOCATED IN AN A5 FLOOD
 ZONE. THE VALUE OF THE WORK IS $1,000,000.00 WHICH IS
 MORE THAN 50% OF THE IMPROVEMENT VALUE OF THE STRUCTURE
 LISTED ON THE PBC PROPERTY APPRAISER'S WEB SITE. THIS
 IS CONSIDERED A SUBSTANTIAL IMPROVEMENT AND THE
 EXISTING STRUCTURE IS REQUIRED TO HAVE IT'S LOWEST
 FLOOR ELEVATED TO OR ABOVE THE BFE. THE BFE FOR THIS
 LOCATION IS 7 FEET PLUS THE 6 INCH FREE BOARD PER FEMA
 FLOOD INSURANCE RATE MAPS AND CITY OF WPB FLOOD
 ORDINANCE. PLEASE SUBMIT AN ELEVATION CERTIFICATE
 SHOWING THAT THE EXISTING LOWEST FLOOR ELEVATIONS ARE
 AT OR ABOVE 7' 6" BFE OR SUBMIT A FLOOR PLAN SHOWING
 PROPOSED FIRST FLOOR ELEVATIONS WITH DETAILS OF HOW THE
 FLOORS WILL BE ELEVATED. CITY AMENDMENTS 107.2.1 AND
 FBC R322.
  
 2) THE OCCUPANCY TYPE SPECIFIED ON SHEET CVR IS
 INCORRECT. THIS IS A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE THE
 CORRECT OCCUPANCY TYPE IS R3. FBC SECTION 310
  
 3) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC R314.3.1 FOR SMOKE ALARMS
 AND R315.1 FOR CARBON MONOXIDE ALARMS.
  
 4) THE ENERGY CALCULATION FORM IS REQUIRED TO BE SIGNED
 BY THE OWNER OR HIS AGENT FBC ENERGY 405.4.2
  
 5) THERE APPEARS TO BE DISCREPANCIES BETWEEN THE
 ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS AND THE STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS WITH
 RELATION THE REPLACEMENT OF THE EXISTING WINDOWS AND
 DOORS. THE ELEVATIONS AND DOOR SCHEDULE ON A-4.0 SHOW
 THE EXISTING EXTERIOR DOORS AND WINDOWS TO REMAIN AND
 THE EXTERIOR DOOR AND WINDOW SCHEDULE ON SHEET S-3
 SPECIFIES THAT THEY ARE BEING REPLACED. PLEASE CLARIFY.

 6) SUBMIT TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE NEW
 EXTERIOR STOREFRONT DOORS AND WINDOWS AND ALL OTHER
 EXTERIOR WINDOWS AND DOORS THAT WILL BE REPLACED OR
 ADDED AS REQUIRED BY DCA RULE 9N-3.
  
 7) THE PRODUCT APPROVALS ARE REQUIRED TO BE REVIEWED
 AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD FOR
 THE PROJECT. CITY AMENDMENTS 107.3.4
  
 8) IN ORDER TO SPEED THE REVIEW TIME, PLEASE SUBMIT A
 RESPONSE LETTER INDICATING HOW THE REVIEW COMMENTS HAVE
