 1. PURSUANT TO THE IRONHORSE DESIGN CRITERIA, ADOPTED
 AS PART OF THE IRONHORSE RESIDENTIAL PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENT, THERE SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 20 FEET
 BETWEEN SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCES. PURSUANT TO SECTION
 94-305(B)(4) OF THE CITY?S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (ZLDRS), MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SHALL NOT
 ENCROACH MORE THAN FOUR (4) FEET INTO THE REQUIRED
 SETBACK. THEREFORE, THE PROPOSED GENERATOR SHALL BE A
 MINIMUM OF 16 FEET FROM THE ADJACENT SINGLE FAMILY
 RESIDENCE. PLEASE INDICATE ON THE SITE PLAN/SURVEY THE
 LOCATION OF THE ADJACENT RESIDENCE AND THE DISTANCE
 BETWEEN THE PROPOSED GENERATOR AND SUCH RESIDENCE.
