 SYSTEMS, AND SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THE S-4 SHEET PROVIDES THE WIND DESIGN CRITERIA AS A
 EXPOSURE "B", THIS BUILDING BACKS YP TO A GOLF COURSE
 AND LAKES MAKING THE LOCATION A "C" TYPE EXPOSURE, WHEN
 THE WIND IS WITHIN 100 FEET HORIZONTALLY IN ANY
 DIRECTION OF OPEN AREAS OF SURFACE ROUGHNESS C OR
 D-TYPE TERRAIN THAT EXTENDS MORE THAN 600 FEET (182.9
 M) AND WIDTH GREATER THAN 150 FEET IN THE UPWIND
 DIRECTION. 2010 FBC-B 1609.4.2. PLEASE UPDATE PLANS,
 PRESSURES ON THE COMPONENTS AND CLADDING AS WELL AS THE
 TRUSSES.
  
 2) S3 BEAM B3 IS INDICATED TO BE OVER A 9'-0" WIDE
 GARAGE DOOR OPENING BUT THE PLANS DO NOT INDICATE THE
 USE OF STIRRUPS OR HOOPS.
 ACI 530 7.5.3.1 SHEAR REINFORCEMENT SHALL BE PROVIDED
 PARALLEL TO THE DIRECTION OF APPLIED SHEAR FORCE.
 SPACING OF SHEAR REINFORCEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE
 LESSER OF D/2 OR 48 INCHES.
  
 3) 2010 FBC 107.3.4.1 PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCTS
 WHICH ARE REGULATED BY THE DCA RULE 9N-03 SHALL BE
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.

 5) SHEET A-3 INDICATES THE USE OF SOFFIT VENTING BUT
 THERE IS NO MENTION OF THE ADDITIONAL VENTING
 REQUIRMENT OF: 50 PERCENT OF THE REQUIRED VENTILATING
 AREA PROVIDED BY VENTILATORS LOCATED IN THE UPPER
 PORTION OF THE SPACE TO BE VENTILATED AT LEAST 3 FEET
 (914 MM) ABOVE EAVE OR CORNICE VENTS WITH THE BALANCE
 OF THE REQUIRED VENTILATION PROVIDED BY EAVE OR CORNICE
 VENTS.2010 FBC-B 1203.2.
  
 6) THE PLANS INDICATE THIS BUILDING WILL BE HOUSING
 GOLF CARTS, WILL THESE GOLF CARTS BE ELECTRIC OR
 GASOLINE? IF GASOLINE HOW MUCH WILL BE STORED IN THIS
 BUILDING, AND IN WHAT TYPE OF STORAGE CABINET? 2010
 FBC-B TABLE 307.1(1).
  
 7) THE SITE PLAN DOES NOT PROVIDE HOW CLOSE THE
 ADJACENT BUILDINGS ARE TO THE NEW MAINTENANCE BUILDING
 PLEASE PROVIDE AN ASSUMED PROPERTY LINE BETWEEN THE
 BUILDINGS TO DETERMINE THE FIRE RESISTANCE RATING OF
 EXTERIOR WALLS SEE TABLE 602.
  
 8) 50 PERCENT OF THE REQUIRED VENTILATING AREA PROVIDED
 BY VENTILATORS LOCATED IN THE UPPER PORTION OF THE
 SPACE TO BE VENTILATED AT LEAST 3 FEET (914 MM) ABOVE
 EAVE OR CORNICE VENTS WITH THE BALANCE OF THE REQUIRED
 VENTILATION PROVIDED BY EAVE OR CORNICE VENTS.
  
 9)THE SITE PLAN DOES NOT PROVIDE THE DISTANCE BETWEEN
 THE SURROUNDING BUILDINGS AND THE NEW MAINTENANCE

 10) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT
