 1- ENGINEER TO USE CURRENT ENGINEER SEAL AS REQUIRED BY
 CHAPTER 471 FLORIDA STATUTES. NEW SEAL SAYS "LICENSE"
 NOT "CERTIFICATE" . PROVIDE NEW DRAWINGS WITH CURRENT
 SEAL.
  
 2- ACCORDING TO SEC. R301.2.1.4.3 OF 2010
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL, THIS BUILDING IS LOCATED ON EXPOSURE
 "C".
 A) THE DESIGN PRESSURES SPECIFIED ON THE WINDOW
 SCHEDULE ARE STILL TOO LOW FOR EXPOSURE "C" ON WINDOWS
 LOCATED IN THE WALL ZONE 5. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
 ***NOTE: SOME WINDOWS ARE LOCATED ON ZONE 5. SEE NOTE
 "A" ON FIGURE R301.2(7) OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL FOR
 MINIMUM "A" DIMENSION REQUIRED.
  
 3- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9N-3 FOR:
 A) SIMPSON STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS CBSQ-SDS2. INFORMATION
 SUBMITTED ER-5952 IS NOT AN APPROVED FLORIDA PRODUCT
 APPROVAL. IF THERE IS NOT CURRENT PRODUCT APPROVAL,
 THEN MANUFACTURER MAY APPLY FOR LOCAL PRODUCT APPROVAL.
  
 B) FLAT ROOF: (1) ENGINEER TO REVIEW SEC. 8.1 OF RAS
 117 AND REVISE NAILING FOR FIELD ZONE #3 AS REQUIRED.
 (2) ENGINEER TO SPECIFY NAIL SPACING FOR THE LAP AND
 NUMBER OF ROWS AND SPACING FOR THE FIELD STAGGERED ROWS
 FOR PERIMETER AND CORNER AREAS. (3) ENGINEER TO USE
 CURRENT ENGINEER SEAL AS REQUIRED BY CHAPTER 471
 FLORIDA STATUTE.
  
 4- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD) TO VERIFY IF IMPACT FEES ARE
 DUE. BRING BACK COUNTY STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID
 RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. REQUIRED BY THE COUNTY IMPACT
 FEE ORDINANCE OF THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
  
 5- REVISE AND PROVIDE COMPLETE ENERGY CALCULATIONS
 SUBMITTED (SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC):
 A) THE AREA WEIGHTED AVERAGE OVERHANG DEPTH OF 7.720 FT
 ON ITEM #7 IS INCORRECT. TYPICAL OVERHANG ON THIS HOUSE
 IS 6" OR LESS. SEE EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS AND REVISE AS
 REQUIRED.
 ***NOTE: REVISE ALL THE WINDOWS WALL ORIENTATION,
 OVERHANG DEPTH AND SEPARATION, SQUARE FOOTAGE AND
 NUMBER OF WINDOWS/DOORS WITH GLAZING TO MATCH PLANS.
  
 B) PROVIDE COMPLETE SPECIFICATIONS AND DETAILS ON PLANS
 SHOWING HOW THE HOUSE COMPLIES WITH THE "CF" AND "CV"
 CREDITS TAKEN ON ITEM #15.
 ***NOTE: SEE TABLE 405.6.6 AND SEC. 405.6.4 OF 2010
 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION. AND REVISE CALCULATIONS AND
 PLANS AS REQUIRED.
  
 C) PROVIDE SPECIFICATIONS/DETAILS SHOWING HOW THE ATTIC
 AND CEILING ARE VENTED AS SPECIFIED ON SHEET 2 OF 6
 SUBMITTED. (COORDINATE WITH PLANS).
 ***NOTE: EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS ONLY SHOW ONE GABLE VENT
 ON SOUTH ELEVATION. THIS DOESN'T PROVIDE CROSS
 VENTILATION. ALSO, COORDINATE THIS ITEM WITH THE CROSS
 VENTILATION CREDIT TAKEN ON ITEM # 5(B) ABOVE.
  
 D) DOORS ITEM ON SHEET 3 OF 6: CLARIFY THE DOOR
 ORIENTATION. LOOK AT NORTH ARROW ON PLANS FOR CORRECT
 ORIENTATION. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 6- ACCORDING TO PLANS SUBMITTED THE ROOF PITCH IS 3/12.
 NEED TO SPECIFY TWO LAYERS OF UNDERLAYMENT AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. R905.2.2 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 ***NOTE: REVISED NOTE SPECIFY 2 LAYERS OF PLYWOOD
 INSTEAD OF 2 LAYERS OF UNDERLAYMENT. REVISE AS
 REQUIRED.
  
 7- PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS, SPECIFICATION AND LOCATION
 OF THE CROSS VENTILATION AND ACCESS OF THE CRAWL SPACE
 AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R408 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.

 8- NEED TO SPECIFY GUTTERS WITH DOWNSPOUTS AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. R318.6 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.

 INCOMPLETE. MISSING GUTTERS SIZE. 2" DIAMETER DOWNSPOUT
 IS TOO SMALL. PROVIDE GUTTER AND DOWNSPOUT SIZING
