 2. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR): AS THE VALUE OF
 THE PROPOSED WORK ($94,968.00) EXCEEDS 50% OF THE
 STRUCTURE'S VALUE ($57,849.00) (LISTED AS "IMPROVEMENT
 VALUE" WITH THE P.B.C. PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE),
 LANDSCAPING SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE
 REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR. PLEASE
 SUBMIT TWO (2) COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH SECTIONS 94-442 AND 94-445 OF THE ZLDR.
 PLEASE BE ADVISED; WE WILL CREDIT FOR ALL EXISITING
 LANDSCAPING TO MEET CODE COMPLIANCE HOWEVER; IF YOU ARE
 GOING TO DO LANDSCAPE WORK, LANDSCAPE PLANS SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED UNDER A SEPERATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND SHALL
 BE ACCOMPANIED BY A CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE (LABOR AND
 MATERIALS).
  
 3. THE APPLICANT MUST SUBMIT A SITE PLAN DEPICTING THE
 PROPOSED BUILDING SETBACKS, MEASURED FROM THE PROPERTY
 LINES FOR THE 'NEW' LIVING AREA AND THE 'NEW' COVERED
 DECK.
