 1- PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 101.4.3 OF 2010 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION. PLEASE MAKE
 SURE ALL THE INFORMATION IS COMPLETED ON THE FORM AND
 IT'S SIGNED BY THE PREPARER AND OWNER/AGENT. (THIS WAS
 REQUESTED ON THE A/C REVIEW. THERE IS NO INFORMATION
 SUBMITTED FOR THE A/C).
  
 2- CLARIFY IF DOING WORK ON THE SECOND FLOOR. SHEET 4
 OF 4 SAYS EXISTING SECOND FLOOR PLAN. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS TO FBC. IF NO WORK, THEN NO NEED TO PROVIDE
 FLOOR PLAN.
  
 3- SHEET 1 OF 4:
 A) CLARIFY FIRST NOTE UNDER GENERAL NOTES (NEW
 CONSTRUCTION). WHAT IT MEANS BY "OR APPROVED WINDOWS".
 ACCORDING TO THE SCOPE OF WORK ALL WINDOWS AND DOORS
 ARE EXISTING. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 B) CLARIFY WHAT KIND OF WASHER IS THE ONE SHOWN ON THE
 UTILITY AREA. DISH-WASHER OR CLOTHES WASHER? (SHEET 2
 OF 4 SHOWS AN OUTSIDE CLOTHES WASHER. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 4- PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR ONE
 HOUR FLOOR ASSEMBLY SEPARATING THE TWO DWELLINGS. SEE
 SEC. R302.3 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.

 5- WINDOW ON BEDROOM #4 DOESN'T COMPLY WITH THE EGRESS
 MIN. HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. R310.1.2 OF 2010
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 6- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR NEW WINDOW IN BEDROOM
 #4 AS REQUIRED BY DCA RULE 9N-3.
  
 7- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS. SEC.
 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 ****NOTE: ALL THE APPLIANCES (WASHER, DRYER AND WATER
 HEATERS) THAT ARE GOING TO BE INSTALLED OUTSIDE NEED TO
 BE DESIGNED FOR OUTSIDE LOCATIONS. INSPECTOR WILL ASK
 FOR MANUFACTURER SPECS AT TIME OF INSPECTION. PLEASE
 MAKE SURE THIS INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE FOR THE
 INSPECTOR. OTHERWISE INSPECTION WILL BE FAILED.
