 1) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF A SURFACE WATER DRAINAGE PLAN
 THAT SHOWS COMPLIANCE WITH FBCR 401.3.
  
 2) SUBMIT 2 SETS OF SIGNED AND SEALED SUBSURFACE SOIL
 REPORTS. FBCR 401.4
  
 3) FBCR 302.1 REQUIRES EXTERIOR WALLS LOCATED ON A ZERO
 LOT LINE TO HAVE A FIRE RESISTANCE RATING OF ONE HOUR.
 SUBMIT TESTING REPORTS AND SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING THAT
 THE GLASS BLOCK PANEL WALL SYSTEM THAT IS PROPOSED FOR
 THIS WALL HAS A ONE HOUR FIRE RESISTANCE RATING IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM E 119 OR UL 263 WITH EXPOSURE FROM
 BOTH SIDES.
  
 4) THE VALUE OF $163,800 APPEARS UNDERESTIMATED THIS
 PROJECT. PER CITY AMENDMENTS 109.3, FOR PERMITTING
 PURPOSES THE VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL
 BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH,
 RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY
 LAND VALUE. THE VALUE WILL BE CHANGED TO $318,074.00
 BASED ON LATEST ICC BUILDING VALUATION DATA.
  
 5) BEDROOM NUMBER THREE IS LOCATED ON THE ZERO LOT LINE
 WITH A SLIDING GLASS DOOR OPENING INTO A SMALL
 COURTYARD AS THE REQUIRED EMERGENCY ESCAPE AND RESCUE
 OPENING (FBC R310). AN EGRESS EASEMENT THROUGH THE
 ADJACENT PROPERTY IS REQUIRED TO ALLOW ACCESS TO AND
 FROM THE COURT YARD. PLEASE PROVIDE A COPY OF THE
 SUBDIVISION COVENANTS ADDRESSING THIS ISSUE AND SHOW IT
 ON THE SURVEY.
  
 6) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF THE MANUFACTURER'S INSTALLATION
 INSTRUCTIONS AND LISTING INFORMATION FOR THE OUTDOOR
 BBQ. FBCR M1901.2 & FBCR G2408.1
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLEASE PROVIDE A RESPONSE LETTER
 INDICATING HOW EACH OF THE REVIEW COMMENTS HAS BEEN
 ADDRESSED.
  
 NOTE: ON FUTURE SUBMITTALS PLEASE DO NOT STAPLE THE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS TO THE PLANS.
  
  
 TRUSS DRAWING REVIEW DENIED BY BUILDING
  
 1) THE ORIGINAL WET SIGNATURE OF THE TRUSS ENGINEER AS
 WELL AS HIS SEAL IS REQUIRED ON THE TRUSS LAYOUT AND
 THE TRUSS DRAWINGS PER FS 471.025 AN FAC 61G15-23.002.
  
 2) THE TRUSS ANCHORS THAT ARE SPECIFIED FOR THE HIP
 GIRDER TRUSS A11 ARE NOT ADEQUATE. THE UPLIFT ON THE
 TRUSS DRAWINGS AT BEARING POINT 14 IT IS -1528. SHEET
 S-2 OF THE PLANS LISTS ANCHOR A (-1220) . PLEASE
 CORRECT. FBCR 802.1.6.5
