| | THE BUILDING, THE ENTIRE SITE SHALL BE BROUGHT INTO |
| | COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV (LANDSCAPING) OF THE ZLDRS. |
| | PLEASE PROVIDE A COST BREAKDOWN TO SHOW THE VALUE OF |
| | THE WORK BEING DONE ON THE BUILDING, AS COMPARED TO THE |
| | VALUE OF THE SITE WORK (I.E. PROPOSED LANDSCAPING) THAT |
| | IS BEING DONE. |
| | 2. EVEN IF IT IS DETERMINED THAT THE SCOPE DOES NOT |

| | 3. LANDSCAPING ISLANDS WILL NEED TO BE INSTALLED AT THE |

| | 4. PLEASE PROVIDE A DETAIL OF THE PROPOSED CHAIN LINK |
| | FENCE, INCLUDING HEIGHT. |
| | 5. THE PARKING SPACE THAT CONTAINS AN EXISTING LIGHT |
| | POLE IN THE MIDDLE OF IT WILL NEED TO BE STRIPED SUCH |

| | 6. PLEASE PROVIDE TWO (2) COPIES OF A CURRENT AND |

| | AROUND THE ENCLOSURE, CONSISTING OF SHURBS OR HEDGES |
| | PLANTED AT 2-FOOT INTERVALS. |
| | 9. LANDSCAPE PLANS WILL NEED TO BE SUBMITTED UNDER A |
| | SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATION AND SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY |
| | A CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE. |
| | 10. PLEASE NOTE THAT PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443(C)(3) |
| | OF THE ZLDRS, LANDSCAPE ISLANDS IN THE PARKING LOT ARE |
