 HUNG". THERE ARE TWO DIFFERENT AND INCOMPLETE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS STAPLED TOGETHER. FRONT PAGE NOA 12-0516.02
 IS FOR FRENCH DOORS AND IS MISSING THE REST OF THE NOA
 PACKAGE. THEN, THERE ARE THREE PAGES SUBMITTED FOR NOA
 11-1013.19 WHICH ARE FOR THE SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS. AND,
 IS ALSO MISSING THE REST OF THE NOA PACKAGE.
 CLARIFY THE FOLLOWING:
 A) ARE ALL THE FRENCH DOORS GOING TO BE REPLACED ALSO.
 IF, SO, THEN PROVIDE 2 COMPLETE COPIES OF PRODUCT
 APPROVALS AS REQUIRED BY DCA RULE 9N-3. AND UPDATE
 VALUE ACCORDINGLY.
 ***NOTE: FRONT PAGE OF COPY SUBMITTED IS NOT LEGIBLE.
 COPY WAS TAKEN WITH THE ARCHITECT'S REVIEW STAMP
 COVERING THE PRODUCT APPROVAL INFORMATION.
  
 B) PROVIDE 2 COMPLETE COPIES OF PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR
 SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS.
  
 C) CLARIFY IF THE EXTERIOR WINDOWS ARE GOING TO BE
 REPLACED OR IF THIS PRODUCT APPROVAL IS ONLY FOR THE
 TWO NEW WINDOWS IN THE MASTER BATHROOM. AND UPDATE
 VALUE ACCORDINGLY.
  
 D) THIS HOUSE IS LOCATED IN FLOOD ZONE A5. REPLACING
 DOORS AND WINDOWS ARE CONSIDERED SUBSTANTIAL
 IMPROVEMENTS AND MAY REQUIRE THE FINISH FLOOR OF THE
 HOUSE TO BE ELEVATED TO 7'-6" AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 94-541 OF CITY CODE.
  
 2- ARCHITECT OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS. SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS
 TO FBC.
