 THE COMMUNICATING AREA ON THE FIRST FLOOR. THE ENCLOSED
 AREA BELOW NO LONGER IS WITHIN THE SAME ROOM. THE PLANS
 WILL NEED TO INDICATE A SECOND FLOOR, NOT MEZZANINE.
 PLEASE REVIEW YOUR OCCUPANT LOAD FOR THE STORAGE ON THE
 SECOND FLOOR (STORAGE AT 300 SQ FT) / OCCUPANT WILL PUT
 YOU AT 4 OCCUPANTS FOR THE SECOND FLOOR AREA.
