 1B) MISSING FROM THE TITLE BLOCK IS THE ADDRESS FOR
 THIS BUILDING # 1.107.2.1.4 WEST PALM BCH
 ADMINISTRATIVE CODE 2010. 107.2.1.4 QUALITY OF BUILDING
 PLANS. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY ESTABLISH THROUGH
 DEPARTMENTAL POLICY, OTHER STANDARDS FOR PLANS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS, IN ORDER TO PROVIDE CONFORMITY TO ITS
 RECORD RETENTION PROGRAM. THIS POLICY MAY INCLUDE SUCH
 THINGS AS MINIMUM SIZE, SHAPE, CONTRAST, CLARITY, OR

 DOES NOT OVER LAP FROM FLOOR TO FLOOR.

 AND INTO TRACT "G", AGAIN THE CONCEPT IS A SINGLE
 BUILDING THAT WOULD BE APARTMENTS AND ONCE A
 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY IS ISSUED IT IS IN TURN
 RECORDED WITH THE STATE AS A DECLARATION OF

 2B) SURVEY FOR THE FIRST FLOOR FOR ALL UNITS ON THE
 FIRST FLOOR THE EXTERIOR DOORS SWING OUT OVER TRACT G

 2.84 FT. AWAY FROM THE BUILDING PLEASE REVIEW 2010
