 PLEASE PROVIDE OCCUPANCY SEPERATION BETWEEN THE FIRST
 FLOOR AND SECOND FLOOR SINCE THE FIRST FLOOR IS
 CONSIDERED BUSINESS OR MERCANTILE AND THE SECOND AS
 RESIDENTIAL UNIT. 2010 FBC-B TABLE 508.4 2 HR FOR
 NON-SPRINKLERED AND ONE HOUR FOR FIRE SPRINKLERED
 BUILDINGS. PLEASE PROVIDE FIRE RATED ASSEMBLIES FOR
 THROUGH PENETRATIONS. 712.4.1.1.

 RESULT OF THE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUESTED
