| | FENCE PERMIT SEPARATING THE PBAU PROPERTY FROM THE CITY |
| | PROPERTY, IT WAS AGREED THAT THE CHAIN LINK FENCING |
| | INSTALLED NORTH OF THE MAINTENANCE BUILDING WOULD BE |
| | REMOVED, AND THAT THE FENCE WOULD EXTEND DIRECTLY WEST |
| | AND CONNECT INTO THE PRECAST WALL (NOT TURN NORTH TO |
| | HAMPTON ROAD). THIS MAY REQUIRE EASEMENT CONSENT FROM |
| | THE CITY'S PUBLIC UTILITIES DEPARTMENT AS IT WILL CROSS |
| | OVER THE WATER MAIN. |
