 PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES IN WRITING.
  
 1) THE SITE PLAN AND SURVEY SHOW DIFFERENT DIMENSIONS
 FROM THE REAR OF THE BUILDING TO THE PROPERTY LINE 30
 FEET VS 29.83 FEET.
  
 2) THE INSTALLATION OF THE DUST COLLECTOR SYSTEM
 UPGRADES THE BUSINESS USE FROM "CABINET WORK ON A
 CUSTOM BASIS TO INDIVIDUAL ORDER - RETAIL" TO "WOOD
 KITCHEN CABINET MANUFACTURING". THIS CHANGE IN USE ON
 THE CITY'S PERMITTED USE TABLE REQUIRES THAT THE
 BUILDING BE A MINIMUM OF 100 FEET FROM ANY RESIDENTIAL
 ZONING DISTRICT. THE PROPERTY TO THE NORTH OF THE SITE
 IS ZONED RESIDENTIAL; THEREFORE IT IS ONLY 29.83 FEET
 AWAY INSTEAD OF 100 FEET. SINCE THE BUILDING IS LESS
 THAN 100 FEET AWAY FROM THE RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY LINE,
 IT IS REQUIRED TO BE APPROVED FOR THIS WAIVER THROUGH
 THE CLASS B SPECIAL USE PUBLIC HEARING PROCESS.
  
 3) THE ADDITIONAL BUILDING AREA DOES NOT APPEAR TO HAVE
 A WALL ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE STRUCTURE. THE CITY'S
 PERMITTED USE TABLE REQUIRES THAT ALL ACTIVITIES, WHICH
 INCLUDES THE DUST COLLECTING SYSTEM, OCCUR IN A
 COMPLETELY ENCLOSED BUILDING.
  
 4) PROVIDE DETAILS ON HOW THE DUST COLLECTOR SYSTEM
 WILL COMPLY WITH THE PARTICULATE MATTER AND VIBRATION
 REQUIREMENTS OF THE SECTION 94-310 OF THE CITY'S ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
  
 5) THE BUILDING ADDITION SHALL COMPLY WITH THE MINIMUM
 30 PERCENT FOUNDATION LANDSCAPE
  
 6) THE 480 SQUARE FOOT ADDITION REQUIRES THAT ONE
 ADDITIONAL PARKING SPACE BE PROVIDED ON-SITE.
