 1) A VOID PERMIT 09010050 FOR A DUST COLLECTION SYSTEM
 WAS NEVER ISSUED. THIS WORK WAS COMPLETED WITHOUT
 PREMIT AND WILL BE INCLUDED IN THIS REVIEW AS WELL AS A
 REQUIRED CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY. THE BUSINESS TAX LICENSE
 FOR THIS LOCATION IS FOR CABINET SALES A MERCANTILE AND
 STORAGE OCCUPANCY. THE MERCANTILE PORTION OF THE
 BUILDING HAS NOT CHANGED THE OCCUPANCY, BUT THE CABINET
 SHOP HAS CHANGED THE USE TO A F1 OCCUPANCY FBC-B 306.2,
 DEPENDING ON THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE SHOP A, H2
 OCCUPANCY.
 PLEASE PROVIDE A SCALED FLOOR PLAN OF THE BUILDING
 INDICATING THE RETAIL OR MERCANTILE PORTION OF THE
 BUILDING, STORAGE AREA AND THE F1 OR MANUFACTURING OF
 CABENTRY.
  
 A THOROUGH REVIEW CAN NOT BE MADE AT THIS TIME, AS A
 RESULT OF THE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUESTED
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS MAY APPEAR THAT WERE NOT PART OF

 CLASSIFICATION.
 WHERE THE OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION OF A BUILDING
 CHANGES, THE PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS 902 THROUGH 912
 SHALL APPLY. THIS INCLUDES A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY
 CLASSIFICATION WITHIN A GROUP AS WELL AS A CHANGE OF
 OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION FROM ONE GROUP TO A DIFFERENT

 WHERE THE CHARACTER OR USE OF AN EXISTING BUILDING OR
 PART OF AN EXISTING BUILDING IS CHANGED TO ONE OF THE
 FOLLOWING SPECIAL OCCUPANCY CATEGORIES AS DEFINED IN
 THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING, THE BUILDING SHALL
 COMPLY WITH ALL OF THE APPLICABLE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING:

 GENERAL. FIRE PROTECTION REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 912
 SHALL APPLY WHERE A BUILDING OR PORTIONS THEREOF
 UNDERGO A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION.
 912.2 FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS.
 FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS SHALL BE PROVIDED IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH SECTIONS 912.2.1 AND 912.2.2.
  
 912.2.1 FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM.
 WHERE A CHANGE IN OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION OCCURS THAT
 REQUIRES AN AUTOMATIC FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM TO BE
 PROVIDED BASED ON THE NEW OCCUPANCY IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 CHAPTER 9 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING, SUCH
 SYSTEM SHALL BE PROVIDED THROUGHOUT THE AREA WHERE THE
 CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY OCCURS.
  
 912.2.2 FIRE ALARM AND DETECTION SYSTEM.
 WHERE A CHANGE IN OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION OCCURS THAT
 REQUIRES A FIRE ALARM AND DETECTION SYSTEM TO BE
 PROVIDED BASED ON THE NEW OCCUPANCY IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 CHAPTER 9 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING, SUCH
 SYSTEM SHALL BE PROVIDED THROUGHOUT THE AREA WHERE THE
 CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY OCCURS. EXISTING ALARM NOTIFICATION
 APPLIANCES SHALL BE AUTOMATICALLY ACTIVATED THROUGHOUT
 THE BUILDING. WHERE THE BUILDING IS NOT EQUIPPED WITH A
 FIRE ALARM SYSTEM, ALARM NOTIFICATION APPLIANCES SHALL
 BE PROVIDED THROUGHOUT THE AREA WHERE THE CHANGE OF
 OCCUPANCY OCCURS AND SHALL BE AUTOMATICALLY ACTIVATED.
  
 2010 FBC-B F] 903.2.4.1 WOODWORKING OPERATIONS.
 AN AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER SYSTEM SHALL BE PROVIDED
 THROUGHOUT ALL GROUP F-1 OCCUPANCY FIRE AREAS THAT
 CONTAIN WOODWORKING OPERATIONS IN EXCESS OF 2,500
 SQUARE FEET (232 M2) IN AREA WHICH GENERATE FINELY
 DIVIDED COMBUSTIBLE WASTE OR USE FINELY DIVIDED
 COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS.
  
 3) 2010 FBC-B [F] 415.6 GROUP H-2. OCCUPANCIES IN GROUP
 H-2 SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTIONS
 415.6.1 THROUGH 415.6.4 AND THE FLORIDA FIRE PREVENTION
 CODE..
 [F] 415.6.1 COMBUSTIBLE DUSTS, GRAIN PROCESSING AND
 STORAGE.
 THE PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS 415.6.1.1 THROUGH 415.6.1.6
 SHALL APPLY TO BUILDINGS IN WHICH MATERIALS THAT
 PRODUCE COMBUSTIBLE DUSTS ARE STORED OR HANDLED.
 BUILDINGS THAT STORE OR HANDLE COMBUSTIBLE DUSTS SHALL
 COMPLY WITH THE APPLICABLE PROVISIONS OF NFPA 61, NFPA
 85, NFPA 120, NFPA 484, NFPA 654, NFPA 655 AND NFPA
 664, AND THE FLORIDA FIRE PREVENTION CODE..
 F] 415.6.1.1 TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION AND HEIGHT
 EXCEPTIONS.
 BUILDINGS SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 HEIGHT AND AREA LIMITATIONS OF TABLE 503 FOR GROUP H-2;
 EXCEPT THAT WHERE ERECTED OF TYPE I OR II CONSTRUCTION,
 THE HEIGHTS AND AREAS OF GRAIN ELEVATORS AND SIMILAR
 STRUCTURES SHALL BE UNLIMITED, AND WHERE OF TYPE IV
 CONSTRUCTION, THE MAXIMUM HEIGHT SHALL BE 65 FEET (19
 812 MM) AND EXCEPT FURTHER THAT, IN ISOLATED AREAS, THE
 MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF TYPE IV STRUCTURES SHALL BE INCREASED
 TO 85 FEET (25 908 MM)
 SUBMIT PLANS FOR THE DUST COLLECTION SYSTEM THAT WAS
 ALREADY INSTALLED BUT NEVER PERMITED.
  
 4) THE PERMIT DESCRIPTION AND VALUE WILL NEED TO BE
 UPDATED TO REFLECT BOTH THE UNPERMITED WORK AND THE
 PROPOSED NEW WORK.
  
 5) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT
