 5) 2010 EXST BLDG CODE 912.2.2 FIRE ALARM AND DETECTION
 SYSTEM. WHERE A CHANGE IN OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION
 OCCURS THAT REQUIRES A FIRE ALARM AND DETECTION SYSTEM
 TO BE PROVIDED BASED ON THE NEW OCCUPANCY IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH CHAPTER 9 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING,
 SUCH SYSTEM SHALL BE PROVIDED THROUGHOUT THE AREA WHERE

 HIGHER HAZARD CATEGORY (LOWER NUMBER) AS SHOWN IN TABLE
 912.4, THE MEANS OF EGRESS SHALL COMPLY WITH THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF CHAPTER 10 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, BUILDING.
  
 THE MAIN WORK OUT AREA SHOWN ON SHEET A2 & LS1 HAS TWO
 EXIT DOORS LEADING TO THE EXTERIOR THERE IS A 3RD DOOR
 THAT LEADS INTO A STORAGE AREA. THE TWO DOUBLE DOORS
 THAT LEAD TO THE EXTERIOR ARE NOT 1/2 OF THE DIAGONAL
 DISTANCE FOR THAT ROOM, PLEASE SEE 2010 FBC-B 1015.2.1
 TWO EXITS OR EXIT ACCESS DOORWAYS.
 WHERE TWO EXITS OR EXIT ACCESS DOORWAYS ARE REQUIRED
 FROM ANY PORTION OF THE EXIT ACCESS, THE EXIT DOORS OR
 EXIT ACCESS DOORWAYS SHALL BE PLACED A DISTANCE APART
 EQUAL TO NOT LESS THAN ONE-HALF OF THE LENGTH OF THE
 MAXIMUM OVERALL DIAGONAL DIMENSION OF THE BUILDING OR
 AREA TO BE SERVED MEASURED IN A STRAIGHT LINE BETWEEN
 EXIT DOORS...
