 1- FIRST FLOOR PLAN SHOWS NEW GARAGE DOOR. THIS ROOM IS
 CONVERTED INTO A GARAGE ROOM. GUEST SUITE IS NOT
 ALLOWED NEXT TO THE GARAGE. SEC. R302.5.1 OF 2010
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 2- A) PROVIDE COMPLETE SPECIFICATIONS AND DETAILS
 SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH THE DWELLING/GARAGE
 OPENING/PENETRATION PROTECTION AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 R302.5.
  
 B) PROVIDE COMPLETE SPECIFICATIONS AND DETAILS SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE DWELLING/GARAGE FIRE SEPARATION AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. R302.6.
  
 3- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9N-3 FOR:
 A) ALL WINDOWS SHOWN ON PLANS.
 B) ALL EXTERIOR DOORS SHOWN ON PLANS.
 C) GARAGE DOOR SIZE AS SHOWN ON PLANS. ***NOTE: AND,
 DESIGNED TO BE ATTACHED TO STEEL AS SHOWN ON GARAGE
 STRUCTURAL BUCK DETAIL 2/A2.
 D) ALL STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON STRUCTURAL
 COLUMN DETAILS/SPECS. PROVIDE ONLY THE PRODUCT APPROVAL
 COVER PAGE AND PAGE SHOWING THE SPECIFIED CONNECTOR.
 E) HURRICANE SHUTTERS IF DOORS AND WINDOWS HAVE NOT
 IMPACT GLAZING. AND, PROVIDE COMPLETE INSTALLATION
 SCHEDULE.
  
 4- DESIGNER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 OF CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 5- A) ARCHITECT TO PROVIDE COMPLETE DESIGN INFORMATION.
 SPECIFY CURRENT CODE AND ALL WIND LOADS AND DESIGN
 EXPOSURE.. SEC. R301.2.1.1 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 (NOTE: THIS BUILDING IS IN EXPOSURE "D" AS REQUIRED BY
 SEC. R301.2.1.4.3).
  
 B) SPECIFY THE DESIGN PRESSURES FOR ALL DOORS AND
 WINDOWS. COORDINATE WITH ITEM # 5(A) ABOVE.
  
 6- PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATION FOR THE
 EXISTING BALCONY COLUMNS TO BE REPLACED. SPECIFY NEW
 COLUMNS AND TOP AND BOTTOM FASTENERS. SEC. R301.1 OF
 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 7- PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR NEW
 BALCONY GUARDRAIL TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE LIVE
 LOADS OF TABLE R301.5 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 8- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. SEC. 109.3 OF CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC. UPDATE THE
 VALUE TO INCLUDE ALL DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES, ALL
 ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, STRUCTURAL AND
 INTERIOR FINISHES SHOWN ON PLANS,
  
 9- ARCHITECT TO PROVIDE ALL HIS INFORMATION ON THE
 TITLE BLOCK (INCLUDING NAME OF PERSON SIGNING THE
 DRAWINGS) AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 61G1-16.004 OF FLORIDA
 ADMINISTRATIVE CODE AND CHAPTER 481 FLORIDA STATUTE.
