 CODE: 2010 FBC.
  
 1- ACCORDING TO SEC. R301.2.1.4.3 OF 2010
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL THIS BUILDING IS LOCATED ON EXPOSURE
 "D" NOT "B". REVISE DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS AND REVISE
 ALL THE DESIGN PRESSURES AS REQUIRED.
  
 2- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9N-3 FOR:
 A) ROOF COVERING. (CONCRETE TILE ACCORDING TO PROPERTY
 APPRAISAL).
 B) CONCRETE TILE ADHESIVE IF USING IT FOR THE
 INSTALLATION OF TILE. SEE TILE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR
 LISTED PRODUCTS.
 C) ALL SIMPSON STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON
 PLANS/DETAILS. ***NOTE; PROVIDE ONLY THE PRODUCT
 APPROVAL COVER PAGE AND PAGE SHOWING THE SPECIFIED
 CONNECTOR.
  
 3- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 4- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO PROVIDE COMPLETE ROOF ASSEMBLY
 SPECIFICATIONS AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.2.1.2 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. SPECIFY ROOF TILE FASTENING METHOD AND THE
 DESIGN PRESSURES.
  
 5- PROVIDE ROOF SHEATHING COMPLETE SPECIFICATIONS.
 SPECIFY WOOD TYPE, THICKNESS AND FASTENING AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. R803.2.3.1 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. ***NOTE:
 MIN. 8D RING SHANK NAILS ARE REQUIRED AND CORNER AREAS
 (4'-0" MIN.) REQUIRE NAILING AT 4"O.C.
  
 6- SPECIFY ON PLANS CARBON MONOXIDE ALARMS AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. R315 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 7- SPECIFY ON PLANS ROOF VENTILATION AS REQUIRED BY
 SEC. R806.
  
 8- SPECIFY ON PLANS ATTIC ACCESS FOR NEW ROOF AREA AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. R807.
  
 9- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO PROVIDE AL THE INFORMATION ON
 THE DRAWINGS TITLE BLOCK AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 61G15-23.002 OF FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE AND CHAPTER
 471 FLORIDA STATUTE.
