 DENIED BY BUILDING
  
 1) THE APPRAISAL FOR THE IMPROVEMENTS TO THE SUBJECT
 PROPERTY INDICATES THAT THE HOME IS VALUED AT
 $200,000.00. THE 2010 FBC ENERGY CONSERVATION SECTION
 101.4.3, REQUIRES THE PORTIONS OF EXISTING BUILDINGS
 BEING RENOVATED TO COMPLY WITH TABLE 101.4.1 AS IT
 RELATES TO NEW CONSTRUCTION IF THE ESTIMATED COSTS
 EXCEEDS 30 PERCENT OF THE ASSESSED VALUE OF THE
 STRUCTURE. BECAUSE THE VALUE OF THE PROPOSED WORK ($
 65,000.00) EXCEEDS 30 PERCENT OF $200,000.00 ($
 60,000.00), THE WINDOWS, DOORS AND EXTERIOR INSULATION
 ( COMPONENTS BEING CHANGED) ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH
 SECTION 402.1 AND THE VALUES LISTED IN TABLE 402.1.1 OR
 COMPLY WITH PERFORMANCE-BASE METHOD FOR THE WHOLE HOUSE
 IN SECTION 405. SHOW COMPLIANCE.
  
 2) THE ENGINEER THAT SIGNED AND SEALED THE DESIGN
 PRESSURES FOR THE WINDOW AND DOOR OPENINGS FOR ROYAL
 PALM ALUMINUM IS DIFFERENT THAN THE DESIGNER OF RECORD
 FOR THE PROJECT. THEIR MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURES ARE
 ALSO HIGHER THAN THOSE SPECIFIED ON THE PLAN BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD. THE ENGINEER IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE
 IS REQUIRED TO REVIEW THE SPECIALTY ENGINEER'S WORK AND
 APPROVE IT WITH HIS SHOP DRAWING STAMP. FS 471
  
 3) THE PRODUCT APPROVALS REQUIRED BY DCA RULE 9N-3
 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD PER CITY AMENDMENTS 107.3.4.1
