 COMMENTS.
 CODE: 2010 FBC.
  
 1- PLEASE BRING PLANS TO PALM BEACH COUNTY BUILDING TO
 PAY THE IMPACT FEES. BRING BACK STAMPED PLANS AND COPY
 OF THE PAID RECEIPT. REQUIRED BY COUNTY IMPACT FEE
 ORDINANCE OF THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
  
 2- PROVIDE SOIL TEST REPORT (2 COPIES WITH ORIGINAL
 SEAL AND SIGNATURE). SEC. R401.4 OF 2010
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 3- ACCORDING TO SEC. R301.2.1.4.3 THIS BUILDING IS
 LOCATED ON EXPOSURE "C" NOT "B". NEED TO REVISE THE
 BUILDING DESIGN DATA AND ALL THE DESIGN PRESSURES FOR
 COMPONENTS AND CLADDING FOR ROOF, DOORS AND WINDOWS
 ACCORDINGLY. (NOTE: DESIGN PRESSURES FOR GARAGE DOORS
 ARE NOT THE SAME FOR A 18'-0" WIDE DOOR AND FOR A 6'-0"
 WIDE DOOR. REVISE AS REQUIRED ALSO).
  
 4- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. VALUATION WAS UPDATED AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 OF
 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC TO $315,000. FOR PERMITTING
 PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL
 INCLUDE THE VALUE FOR STRUCTURAL, ELECTRIC, PLUMBING,
 MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH, RELATIVE SITE WORK,
 ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING COSTS,
 OVERHEAD AND PROFIT, EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE. THE
 REMAINING PERMIT FEE BALANCE IS $7623.49.
  
 5- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS ( 2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9N-3 FOR:
 A) GLASS BLOCK AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
 B) PRECAST LINTELS AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
 C) ALL SEMCO (SEE DETAIL 10/D-1) AND ALL SIMPSON
 STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS AS SHOWN ON
 PLANS/DETAILS/SPECIFICATIONS.
 D) STORM SHUTTERS IF DOORS/WINDOWS DON'T HAVE IMPACT
 GLASS. AND, PROVIDE COMPLETE INSTALLATION SCHEDULE.
 E) ROOF TILE AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
 F) ROOF TILE ADHESIVE AS SHOWN ON PLANS. SEE CONCRETE
 TILE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR LISTED ADHESIVES.
 G) ALL WINDOWS AS SHOWN ON PLANS. SINGLE HUNG, FIXED,
 ROUND AND ARCHED WINDOWS.
 H) ALL DOORS AS SHOWN ON PLANS. ENTRY DOOR WITH
 SIDELITE, ETC. AND, CLEARLY IDENTIFY WHICH PRODUCT
 APPROVAL IS FOR EACH DOOR. EX: ENTRY DOOR, CABANA BATH
 DOOR, MASTER BEDROOM EXTERIOR SWING DOOR, ETC.
 I) WINDOW MULLIONS AS SHOWN ON PLANS. AND, CLEARLY
 SPECIFY MULLION SIZE TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 CALCULATED DESIGN PRESSURES.
 J) DECORATIVE COLONIAL SHUTTERS AS SHOWN ON EXTERIOR
 ELEVATION.
 K) GARAGE DOORS FOR SIZES SHOWN ON PLANS.
  
 6- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL OF THE ABOVE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS. SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 7- PROVIDE COMPLETE MANUFACTURER SPECS FOR APPLIANCES
 DESIGNED TO BE USED IN THE OUTDOOR SUMMER KITCHEN. SEC.
 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 8- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO PROVIDE SPECIFIC ROOF TILE
 ROOF FASTENING METHOD AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.2.1.2
 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 9- STRUCTURAL DOOR BUCK DETAIL 4/D-1. PROVIDE
 CALCULATIONS SHOWING HOW THE STRUCTURAL 2X4 BUCK
 FASTENED WITH 3/16" TAPCONS SPACED AT 36" O.C. WILL
 MEET THE DESIGN PRESSURES REQUIRED BY ITEM #3 ABOVE.
 SEC. 107.2.1.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC. (NOTE: FASTENERS
 SPECIFIED FOR WINDOW BUCKS SEEMS TO BE STRONGER THAN
 THE ONE FOR THE DOORS). ALSO, CHECK SIZE OF BUCK WITH
 SIZE REQUIRED BY THE DOOR PRODUCT APPROVAL. REMEMBER
 THAT BUCK MUST PROVIDE FULL SUPPORT TO THE DOOR FRAME.
 2X4 BUCK MAY NOT BE WIDE ENOUGH.
  
 10- SHEET S-2: REVISE ROOF FRAMING NOTE REGARDING THE
 MINIMUM LIVE LOAD FOR THE BOTTOM CHORD OF THE TRUSS.
 SEE FOOTNOTES B AND G OF TABLE R301.5 OF 2010
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL AND REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 10- TRUSS PACKAGE SUBMITTED.
 A) REVISE DESIGN CRITERIA TO EXPOSURE "C" AS REQUIRED
